The staff were all so kind and helpful. While I was waiting for my appointment, one of the women showed me these awesome products they carry that are not only makeup, but sunscreen as well. Essentially, I could go to the beach with a full face of makeup and not smell like traditional sunscreen or look greasy. I love that. The walls of this place are decorated with gorgeous art and in some of the rooms you can see the original brick walls of the building showing. The Diamond Glow treatment itself was not painful at all, but gave me the result of cleaned out pores. The suction takes out all the gook and replaces it with the serum of your skin professional's choosing (my serum was a hydrating one). The entire treatment was short enough to fall in my lunch hour, and was non abrasive enough for me to walk out and show the world my cleaned face. This is truly a luxury experience. Anything you want, coffee, tea, water, a more youthful complexion, can all be given to you here. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

I made a comment to the aesthetician and she said that's why she was doing extra passes. I never felt like it was actually working. She mentioned that device was next to get serviced. I then went and paid over $250 for basically a dermaplane. I felt ripped off and frustrated for not only myself but for the employees. It is unfair that they have to answer for the non operative equipment while they are also trying to make a living. If the machines don't work, please don't schedule a service using them.
