She was very friendly with the girl she was helping but when she went to help me she seemed really cold. No smile, no "how's your day", nothing. It was the same way when I left. She didn't ask me how my service was or invite me back or to re-book. I'm hoping she was just having an off day. That said, my pedicure was absolutely wonderful! My nail tech explained all the services they offer, she did a very relaxed, caring and beautiful pedicure and it's holding up incredibly well. The nail tech was friendly and so sweet. She made me feel like I was getting a pedicure from a friend, not a new stranger. That said, she didn't overdo the conversation. It didn't feel forced or sales-y. We had a great conversation and I will definitely be booking all of my pedicures with her from now on. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me. I've already scheduled a facial to try their facial services out and look forward to that. The young woman who did my pedicure also does facials (but unfortunately her schedule didn't work with mine the day I needed it to). I'm hoping I find a second rock star at this place. She was so so knowledgeable about products, gave me step by step instructions on what she was doing throughout the facial, and offered a very inviting, calm, enjoyable space to receive the service! My skin looked like a glazed donut by the time she was done and I haven't had any breakouts or reactions to the products they used. (Which sometimes will occur.) I feel it's worth the money and when I'm back in town intend on booking another facial there! They have a plethora of services offered as well so it could be your one stop shop for all things self care related. They do sell products but they're not pushing them down your throat like some salons can do. I'd recommend to friends and family looking for a high quality spa.

I came in for some serious deep tissue work, not the standard relaxation massage. I've had a couple of injuries that have caused my body to lock up, creating several problem areas and issues with my mobility and constant straining. She repeatedly said I was trying to be "malicious" in my leaving an honest comment/review about my experience. She said my review was uncalled for, and went on to treat me disrespectfully on the phone while I just tried to explain what happened. (I'm very anti-confrontational so I felt really anxious by this behavior.) She kept talking over me, around me, making up excuses for everything that I see experienced and made some harsh comments directed at me. When she asked why I didn't address my concerns in the store I told her that HER response in that moment is the exact reason why I didn't say anything. I'm disabled, and in a high stress situation (like she was making it) cognitive challenges tied to my disability are exacerbated. I explained that her belittling me and blatantly accusing me of doing things I didn't do like pulling on my polish for the sake of bad photos, exaggerating, and "being malicious" would have really made the conversion incredibly hard to deal with in person with in person. I told her it was even really hard to deal with it/her even on the phone; her belittling treatment was exactly WHY I did not say anything in person. I also explained again that I filled out their survey and waited weeks for a response. I had tried to give them a chance to contact me before I left a review. Once again she didn't believe me and told me I was malicious. After many, many minutes of feeling like I was being talked down to by an angry parent she finally suggested I come back to another location and try someone else. (Her suggestion, I was not looking for any compensation.) I did, yesterday, and that experience was a BILLION times better. I'll leave a glowing review on that location's page here shortly. Lesson learned... Don't try and leave honest opinions online about this business unless you're prepared to be talked to and treated like a naughty 6 year old, and to esentially be called a liar over and over. Managers need to take responsibility for when things go wrong. Not blame the guest and make up every excuse in the book to cover them up. -I know now they're excuses by the significantly better experience I got from their other location where she did everything above and beyond!
