We needed some irreparable recliner furniture hauled to the dump and a recliner and sofa bed loveseat relocated from upstairs and basement to the main floor as temporary replacements before the Christmas holidays. Attempts to find new furniture and have it delivered in time before the holidays proved futile, and guests were to arrive within a week. We prefer to use a local hauler/mover if needed so called a few for quotes. The first hauler we called was not available until after the holidays, but We Haul agreed to fit us into their schedule next day and readily provided a detailed, reasonable quote for this area. The movers arrived as promised, were professional and courteous, first looked at all pieces and locations to strategize best options for removals, and taped all recliners and sofa bed to avoid accidents or damage during moving or hauling. Bringing the sofa bed up from the basement proved challenging due to a very tight fit in recently painted stairwell and at the top of the stairs around full wall, wired shelving. However patience and extraordinary efforts by both movers ultimately avoided us having to remove the stored items and shelving without any damage whatsoever, not even a nick! I moved out of my apartment during a holiday weekend and was struggling to find a company that was open and willing to dispose of the last few items (i.e. a mattress, box spring, bed frame, and swivel chair) I was unable to sell/donate. Last summer, I needed someone who could move her from one apartment to another less than a mile away, and We Haul provided this very small, very local move. This year, my sister needed to remove a few pieces of furniture from her apartment and get it transported to the dump - again, a small local move. Mr. Page was very accommodating. I found Maurice on Craigslist. We were moving my son to a college apartment and needed to furnish his bedroom. I went to his house and picked out all the furniture and set up delivery. His pricing was fair and service was excellent. He delivered the items as scheduled a week later. When he ran into an issue with a prior job causing delay he went above and beyond to find a solution to deliver our items without having to reschedule. Great guys who provided quick, affordable, friendly service. I was planning on having 1-800-Got-Junk come to get a sectional sofa and an entertainment center. Reading reviews, I deduced they would probably charge hundreds of dollars. I canceled and found We Haul on Yelp. They happened to have an opening that day and by noon they were at my house and ready. They got the 5-section sofa and large entertainment center out of the basement without hitting the walls, and were efficient and very friendly. I just moved to Ann Arbor and had ordered a couch for in-store pickup. When I got there I realized there was no way I'd be able to move it without a mover! I called Page around 9am, and he was able to fit me in and move the couch at around noon. He met me at the store, delivered it to my apartment, and also let me use my own second person to help him move it up the stairs instead of paying for him to bring a second person.
