We Do Windows arrived right when they said they would this morning and proceeded to do a terrific job on the windows and siding. Their work was impeccable. They were fast, clean and thorough. They laid a towel by the front door and wiped their shoes every time they came in. We will use WDW every time we have our windows washed. We recommend them highly. read more

Very disappointed! The bottom of my screens were never wiped off. They were still caked with dirt. This evening as the sun was shining through the widows it was obvious there were many places missed! A big waste of my money!! read more

I called to have them come give me an estimate on cleaning the windows of my townhouse. They came out and looked the job over and provided me with an estimate. We schedule the work and they came out and did all but the top floor. I was told they didn't bring the correct ladder ( I am pretty sure you would know what type of ladder to bring since you were here for the estimate). They were at my house on a Saturday and said they would be by Tuesday morning to finish the job. Tuesday came and went and nothing. I called and left 5 messages and no return call and no return to do the job. Over two weeks later I got a call out of the blue saying they would be here 'tomorrow'. I expressed my disappointment on lack of follow through and no return call. This 'good ole boy' company will not be getting any more business from me. If you expect professional follow through, you might want to consider another company. read more

The hooligan crew that showed up at our place were in an unmarked vehicle with no id's or credentials. They left cigarette butts all over my driveway, left a sweating Gatorade on our $3500 piano, did not put four or five screens back in, some windows appeared to not have been cleaned at all. Called the owner and he was going to come and take a look at it...never showed up. Closet doors that I know were closed as I cleaned up for their arrival were opened and left open for no reason (there were obviously no windows behind that door...why are they going in??). We Do Windows scratched the 2 largest windows in our home. Roy came to our house and promised to take care of it but when his insurance would not cover scratched glass, he stopped taking our phone calls. We complained to the Better Business Bureau (We Do Windows is not accredited with them) and he would not return their calls. We met with a lawyer but small claims court does not guarantee payment. Roy walked away from our home and never looked back. We had to replace our windows ourselves as they looked like someone washed them with brillo pads. read more

we prepaid, as we did previously with this group for discount, they came late ,stayed for 15 minutes and left "sick" never to return. our phone calls were never returned. we contacted a lawyer but we are out aprox $500. read more
