5/5 Stars - Incredible Service & True Professionals! I found…read moreWilbur Hull Nano Cleaning Solutions through a recommendation from another contractor, and I am incredibly glad I did. We recently discovered a severe mold issue in our attic caused by a lack of proper ventilation. After having our old insulation removed, Wilbur promptly sent his team, Jason and Ron, to tackle the remediation. From start to finish, their professionalism was unmatched. Here is why I highly recommend them: Punctual & Hardworking Team Jason and Ron arrived exactly at the appointed time, ready to work. Jason spent four brutal hours inside our hot attic wearing a full respirator and a face shield. The sheer physical effort and dedication it took to get the job done right did not go unnoticed. He used RMR 86 to thoroughly remove the mold stains, and the difference on our roof deck is truly like night and day. Comprehensive, Safe Treatment While Jason was working in the attic, Ron went room by room to treat the rest of our house, including our HVAC system. They used Vital Oxide, which gave us immense peace of mind. As shown in the product profile I looked up in image_dc106c.jpg, Vital Oxide is an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant that destroys mold spores at the cellular level and inhibits future growth. I was incredibly impressed by its safety profile (referenced in image_dc106c.jpg): * Bleach-Free: It contains no harmful VOCs and doesn't leave behind harsh chemical fumes. * Safe for Humans & Pets: It holds the EPA's lowest toxicity rating, meaning it is safe to apply anywhere inside the home. * Versatile: It's safe on porous and non-porous surfaces alike, which is why Ron could comfortably use it throughout our living spaces and HVAC system. To wrap things up, once Jason finished the strenuous stain removal in the attic, he went back over the entire space and sprayed Vital Oxide to ensure total protection. Final Verdict The quality of their work, their work ethic, and the top-tier, safe products they use make Wilbur Hull Nano Cleaning Solutions stand out. I deeply appreciated Jason and Ron's hard work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilbur's team to anyone dealing with similar mold or remediation issues!

Installation was…read moresuch that in numerous areas where rainwater off drip edge of shingles had gotten between the aluminum flashing that was installed by LR Wilson and the facia board located behind the new gutters. Rainwater should fall off the shingle drip edge into the gutter (not behind it) but the gutter was not aligned correctly in numerous areas. In 10 about years, the flashing installed over the facia board hid the rotting wood perfectly, and, as a result of this, all facia boards on the residence to date are rotted and must be replaced. Unfortunately, I was not onsite during installation, and, I authorized them to install the flashing over all facia boards and was not advised of any rotten facia boards prior to the installation.
