I think about the awful experience I had with getting estimates for a new roof a couple of years ago, and the astronomical price they quoted. Then I think again about my friend who said "Call Teflon Roofing!" I am so happy that I did. Jason, the owner, came out exactly on time, without having to wait days or weeks for an appointment. Immediately, I could tell that he knows exactly what he's doing, and that he's a very down to earth, honest person. He explained everything. He took videos and pictures. He helped me get through the insurance process. The price was reasonable. What the insurance company and industry standards say it should be, not some inflated money grab like some companies. On installation day, Jason dropped off the trailer early, and Andy (a great supervisor!) and his team showed up on time, and got to work... and quickly! My old roof was removed, new EVERYTHING, and meticulously cleaned up by 2pm. I received pictures and videos updating me of entire project as they went along. I was amazed. We were given an estimate of everything that needed to be done and how long it would take to complete the work. They completed the work on time and within the estimate. What we really liked is that they took the time to clean the yard and run the roller magnet after they finished work each day. This was so important to us because we have three little dogs, that needed access to the backyard in the evening. All the workers were friendly and respectful. After the work was finished we were given our GAF shingle warranty. They took care of the warranty registration.
