Purchased hardwood flooring from them, didn't look like the store sample when installed and the finish was very different. I was told flooring was very durable, so since it looked different than store sample, I poured red wine on a scrap piece. The red wine stained, and Drew kept telling me it was the same flooring and he was sure I would be happy with it even though I proved that was not true with the red wine. I felt like he was selling me a bag of crap and telling me it was chocolate. Their crew left my house in a shambles during demolition phase. We literally could not walk in our kitchen because of debris stacked a few inches high. I was told they assumed we weren't going to live in our house while they were there. Countertop quote took 2 months to get final quote, and by that time I had already found someone else.

We remodeled ten years ago and installed Soapstone countertops and after ten years of maintenance, we were tired of the look of the stone as it looked stained and worn. Harriett in the front office was surprised as she loved her Soapstone tops in her kitchen. After some discussions with both her and Tia we decided on having the counters cleaned and sealed by them. Larry showed up at our home ready to work. After stripping the stone and cleaning he then applied a special stone sealer that returned our counters to their original look and beauty. We could not be happier with the finish. We are happy to give them a solid Five Star Rating. Trust the experts! Thank you.

We originally found them because another stone place had given us an unacceptably high quote and we looked around for alternatives. Renaissance Stone is a family-run business and we have found them great to work with. Looking forward to our next project.

We also incurred several hundred dollars in additional charges throughout the process. After weeks of coordinating, they canceled the installation an hour before the appointment not once, but twice. In reality, Ms Gannon is a one-person operation, utterly incapable of providing the results she promises. Significant issues with all of Ms Gannon's work have arisen including issues with framing that is out of plumb & level, a new ceiling that dips & slopes, possible electrical code violations, and plumbing leaks. Newly-installed tile had to be smashed to correct a line to the pot filler; the plumber failed to install an O ring at the main connection. Two full walls of subway tile may need to be removed due to building code violations. A new window is out of level and does not function properly. Here are some photos of the damage Ms Gannon has caused. Each of the semi-custom cabinets are completely destroyed due to her gross negligence.
