He purposely did and extremely poor job, not a standard job, simply an intentional substandard job. Then, he left the carpets not damp, such as from a quality cleaning, but soaking wet, from a rushed and inadequate, intentionally poor cleaning. He knew it, smirked at me, and was knowingly trying to make me pay one way or the other. So, I will have to work at drying it quickly, so it does not cause even more problems. This is simply bad business practices. If the owner of this location cares, he will make adjustments going forward. This cleaning will cost them hundreds of jobs because I will be making sure I tell all I know in my areas as well as through my businesses. I will not say anything untrue, and just state what happened. People can then make up their own minds. This was even worse that a "Bait and switch" ~ When you do not bite, yes, they cleaned the carpet. I was told because I did not pay the extra $20 per area, for "Deep Cleaning", this is how it's done. When I pointed out that my end was recorded as well, the supervisor then claimed they were doing me a "favor" by addressing the damage because they supposedly "signed a contract" stating they are not held liable for anything. When I pushed back, stating that they need to act ethically--reiterating that I do not want them touching my carpet again and demanding a 100% full refund--the supervisor escalated the matter by forwarding my formal text complaint into a group chat with Cody. In that same thread, Cody immaturely replied "She is lying"--despite time-stamped security footage of their crew idling in a truck, photos of gouged hardwood floors, cracked tile, and chipped drywall. When they finished the "service" my sectional was damp but there were still plenty of visible surface stains left behind. I called them to report the issue and it took several attempts and weeks to schedule an appointment for someone to come back and fix it. They finally sent back the same crew who fell short the first time. And they failed again. They brought no equipment unlike the first time and asked me to use my own stain remover products to remove the surface stains. And they still left a ton behind again. I really don't complain much and hate to leave bad reviews but I feel the service could have been better. I was initially quoted 129.00 to have sectional and area rug cleaned. Once the technician was here he upcharged stating the cost would be 225.00. The service seemed really rushed and the area rug now has brown stains that are seeping through. Those stains were never there in the beginning and it makes it look dirtier. They guaranteed to clean our carpets and left us with brown out and stains, leaving our 1.5 year old carpets (no pets or kids) worse than they were to begin with. This company was nothing but a bait and switch, in addition to that the work was poorly done. I was quoted a price of $120 over the phone , only for the technician ( for lack of a better word) to arrive and try to charge over $300. When I made the appointment, I asked what type of machine would be used to complete job, the operator explained that they used commercial grade equipment, an agitator and a steamer. However, that is not what you get when you book with them. It was never specified, or made clear at the time of booking that there would be an up charge to use the commercial grade equipment. They are not upfront about the fact that what you get is a basic, lazy, No effort cleaning for the price/quote that you are given over the phone. They don't even pretreat your carpets with any solution. ONLY water was used! MY water, which they ran for over 2 hrs as they hooked up some antiquated filthy machine to the pipe sink in my 1st floor guest bathroom. "Commercial grade equipment", my foot! Yet their website says: Included in Your Service: -Disinfecting, -Deodorizing,-Defoaming,-Color Brightner, -Grooming, -Moving Small Furniture,-Hydro jet Steam Cleaning,-Free Hallway or Ottoman. None of these things were done... because they quote you a price based on 1 service, and try to upsell you what should already be included when they arrive. When they are unable to lock you in on the doubled price, the technician gives you a lack luster cleaning that will leave your carpets looking exactly the same as when they arrived, and you completely dissatisfied! The technician refused to start until he was paid, so there was no way to gauge if we would be pleased with the work at least, until he started. BUT, we the tech came he came into my house with this hideous large outdated machine with these huge hoses. He proceeded to check my 2 rooms, there were 3 urine stains from our puppy and the price went from $69 to $165. He hooked up the machine in one of my bathrooms. He used my hot water, my electricity and the nasty water spilled over in my bathroom. He captured the dirty water into an orange Hme Depot bucket and the machine short circuited 4 times because it was pulling too much current. I said I'm not going to flip my circuit breaker anymore. We hired this company to clean 3 bedrooms and our living room in Lawrenceville Ga for a same day carpet clean. The staff Charles in truck 4 came promptly within the timeframe we selected. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed. Our carpet looks AMAZING! We previously pet sat 2 dog, we have 2 boys who run around and of course friends and family who visit. We needed a deep clean and sanitation the total was $250 which we found fair for 4 spaces. The job was well done in 1.5 hours! I highly recommend this company and their cleaning. Not sure what other folks experienced but we will return.​ read more
