Well I am sold on the pink truck crew, we decided to replace our upstairs central unit after a few years of having to get it serviced or repaired every year. we talked to a lot of companies and even though We Care wasn't the cheapest they were close and we thought we were getting more for the money so we went with them. Ok this is were it gets good after installing the new unit they turned it on, fried my thermostat that I had replaced last year and the new unit did not work, so they sent their a/c guru out and he got with Trane rep and he changed out some electrical parts replaced my thermostat everything worked great but I was not happy, how do I know it won't crap out again SOON, so the tech came back out two weeks later and ran all their checks and everything was still good, ok so I feel better about the unit but now I have a roar in the down stairs m/bath when the up stairs unit is on. So I have him listen and he said I needed pads under the frame mounts on the air handler and he would see to it that some one came out and install them, after a call 2wks later to remind them they sent two guys that day and installed pads, problem not fixed but they said that they now knew what the problem was but did not have the part on the truck. They said they would get one and setup a time to install it after another few weeks went by I called to remind them I was still waiting on them they acted horrified because they thought it was installed already, the guys came first thing the next day put on a new intake vent and now all is good with my a/c issues, never charged me anything more and fixed two problems that weren't their fault and replaced the faulty factory parts, these guys stuck to it until I was happy, and have earned my loyalty. Also if you get a unit from them and a young man named Lewis shows up don't worry he knows what he's doing neither he or Nathen look old enough to shave but they are good guys. read more

We built our home new almost five years ago. Since that time, we have had problems with our heating and cooling. Our builder was awesome and spent thousands of dollars extra to attempt to correct the problems with a moldy smell we would get coming through the vents. They had the original HVAC company come out and two other companies to no avail. We honestly had given up hope on getting the random moldy smell out of our home due to it only happening in the summer when it was humid outside. Recently, our A/C stopped working all together and then it started leaking on our ceiling! At this point, we were basically at a loss as to what to do. I called TRANE directly for warranty information and refused to use anyone who had touched our unit previously. They gave us the information for We Care Heating & Air and indicated they were an authorized retailer. They gave us several steps to do to claim the warranty repair, one being to get three quotes. We Care was the first company to come out and actually tell us they would deal with TRANE directly and warranty our HVAC unit! Not only were they fast, they fixed our unit and we have A/C and no smell! In almost five years, we have had this smell and it is GONE! The owner as well as other staff contacted us personally and worked with us and told us exactly what they were doing with TRANE and the status. It was an AMAZING experience and we will definitely use them in the future. We cannot describe how grateful we are for such great customer service even when they were not the original installers and our repair was covered under warranty. If you are questioning who to use for any of your HVAC needs, please do not question it any longer. They have changed our home into one that is smell free and has GREAT A/C! After 23 yrs. my unit went out. I spent a week doing research to find a company that stood out. First of all, the co. vehicles give customer service a whole new meaning...I was drawn to the color as well as the sentiments behind it. Slate was a top notch salesman. I am one who thrives off being conservative..but after Slate took the time to tell me his life story, never once said I had too many questions and went above and beyond to assure me that the package deal he suggested would be the best investment I decided to get the quality vs. quanity deal. His impeccable mannerisms are the sole reason for my being in agreement. The installment team was hands down the most professional, hard working set of men I have ever encountered. CAM,HORACE,MATT,SHADE,JOSH, and LANDON. CODY,MIKE,TONY were extrodinary service techs. They were so polite and reassured me at every turn that the job would get done no matter the time it took. HORACE went out of his way twice during the pending process to make sure I got the best care. It is very apparent that the co. owners think long and hard to maintain a team who all have the same character traits and professionalism. And I feel as if I met the owners for every employee I encountered spoke very highly about their employers and the job itself. So, our air conditioner stopped working over the weekend. The first thing you want to do is vomit when this happens. I got in touch with We Care immediately. They fussed (in a good way) for not calling them sooner so it could be fixed sooner. With it being a holiday weekend, I didn't want to make anyone come out and work, especially since it wasn't a huge emergency. It's not quite hot outside yet, but it's coming. They had the office manager call me promptly on Monday morning. She was ready to dispatch someone out immediately. She was very friendly, as well. They had someone out in 30 minutes. Josh was our technician. He took time out with us to explain every issue that was going on while he was working on the unit. He even took the time out to get to know us. He spent every second of his time working and trying to figure out what issues were hanging around. When the time came to break the bad news....and bless his heart, Josh did not want to deliver that news, he sat with us and went over several options. He did not try and push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. He even told us what he would do if he were in our shoes, and we really appreciated that. If you work for the company "WeCare Heating and Cooling" you can get your friends and family to post for you HOWEVER, I paid over $800 (which they can't find) for them to come out to fix my cooling system, tried to sell me a new one, waited two weeks till the right person came out and now my heat does not work but it was working before they came, but they want to blame it on my system which the guy Chris, who stole the work van disconnect my switching on my unit. Matt is a lair, my original invoice was $749 for a coil and I paid $49 device call the first guy which Matt said stole there company truck. It took several guys to come out on several days, but I can't understand is that why Matt (the owner) never came to fix the problem when he worked at Pruitt Heating? Well, my heat is working and the technician found the jumped wire that you guy put on my switch as I told you, so where is the drop in voltage as your invoice claimed? See Matt wants to smear my name on social media with lies, but not tell that he's got kids on his team that comes out and calls into a technician to to guide them to fix a problem, good job owner......I will never used "WE SCARE HEATING AND COOLING" again!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY - We Care Heating and Air is the best‼ Our tech Blake Watson came out and diagnosed our old heating furnace which was original to the house. Blake is extremely personable, knowledgable, and quite frankly a nice guy. He took the time to explain & show our 1985 furnaces issue. After much consideration, my wife and I decided to upgrade our system - as we plan on selling our home in the spring/summer. Guess who stopped by to find out how things were going and to see if we had any questions or concerns...Blake! We are so glad we choose to go with this company. Literally everyone I mean everyone at this company makes it their mission is to provide you with the best service possible. I can't say enough great things about We Care...you know, for once the name actually fits the company. I have to give a huge shoutout to our sales rep Slate Simons, great guy and super smart. I thought our old system was heat our house...but Slate was spot on about this new Trane system hands down AMAZING‼ What's even better, we can now control our home's temperature directly from our phones. I have always heard wonderful things about We Care and had the chance to see for myself when my AC gave out last week. I waited on another company (I always used) for almost a week and then decided to call We Care. They immediately brought me AC Window units to cool my house and then two days later sent three awesome guys. Mike, Cam and dustin to install a new unit. They were professional, kind and hard workers. They spent almost 9 hours at my house and I didn't hear them complain not once. I'm sure it was aggravating because we had a much smaller unit before which is why it took so long But, They were cheerful and professional from the time they started to the time they finished. Last year when my A/C went out in august, We Care Heating and Air brought me a portable A/C unit and a window unit to use until the issue could be fixed. They did not charge me a penny! This year when I had my system replaced, I naturally called them. While doing the install they found mold and bacteria in my old system due to improper install from previous company. They recommended an air purifier be added to my system. I got the system and it is AMAZING! I feel like I am breathing fresh mountain air every day in my home. The guys did an awesome job...they left the house and attic tidy, took old equipment for disposal and made me one happy customer! read more

I work at a service center for adults with disabilities; When one of our heating systems was not working, I called WeCare where a live, friendly voice answered the phone and said she would get service to us soon. Josh arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly found out what was wrong, made necessary repairs, and had the heat on in short order. He was friendly and outgoing, explaining what had gone wrong, what he had done, and what could go wrong down the road (without trying to sell more service now). our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night and when I called them they were able to send someone out the next morning. when Colby got there bright and early he was so kind and professional. he was able to get it fixed quickly and showed me some other problems I was having with pictures to to help me see what I needed to do to keep my air working for longer. the packages they had were reasonable prices and I appreciate that they had different options to choose from. This business is crooked. Because a warranty was not submitted to Trane, I was out $635 for a new motor. The placard on my unit shows the manufacture date to be 2019 and I was supposed to have a 10 yr warranty but because the unit was never registered Trane only warranted for 5 years. Trane is crooked too. I would never again buy a Trane System. Take my advice and stay away from this business and their lying service manager (Randy Welborn) who told me in a text the warranty issue had been resolved and it had not. read more

We were without AC for 5 days waiting on the company we first contacted. My daughter called We Care for us. David, the technician, arrived the next morning and shortly we had AC! David is knowledgeable and he explained everything. He took his time and made sure the unit was working correctly before he left. Our daughter was told their trucks are fully stocked so they have needed parts with them. Their maintenance program is affordable and it will be one less thing for us to worry about. Big shout out to We Care Heating and Air, had a major amount of work done including new AC, mildew removal from 3 units, UV lights for 3 units, and Aeroseal to duct work for all 3 levels of our home. Matthew Fiebig was awesome and stayed as long as it took (11:00 pm!) to get the job done. I cant stay enough good things about " We care heating and air" in warner robins they put in my AC unit in over year ago. AC stopped working about 9 pm on a sunday. The guy is on vacation in mountains no working phone but wifi so with over dozen text and photos back and forth. He walked me thru what to look for and how to fix it. I now have AC back running. This company has scammer energy all over it and will NOT survive in this area with the amount of issues this company has caused all across the community. These guys are amazing. Super fast service, friendly technicians and honesty. Our air went out during the summer and they had a tech come out at 11:00 pm. Biggest bunch of idiots, morons and Imbeciles congregated outside of a '50s style mental institution that I've ever seen. They lack basic fundamental and rudimentary troubleshooting skills.
