Buyer beware!! It should be 0 stars!!! This place came out for a service call, told us the fan motor was burnt out. Told my wife it would be $841.00 and the part would be in the next day, but needed the money up front. My wife called me and told me the situation, and even though I knew we were being overcharged I agreed because our air would be fixed the next day. I was okay with basically paying extra to expedite the repair. Next day, no part and we were then told the part would be here Friday or Monday. (The original day was supposed to be on a Wednesday) So now that we've been without air for 5 days we were told on Monday they didn't know when the part would be in. I told them we wanted our money back and would pay the $59.95 service call fee but no more. Then they tried to say we had to pay an extra $50.00 for refusing the work!? We didn't refuse anything!!! We made a decision based on what the "professionals" told us! We waited through Monday with no results based on being misled! That's called theft by deception and it is a crime!! So after all of this, we received a call stating that the part just magically appeared and is on a technician's truck. They must have a magic wand over there because it went from no part, no idea when it will be in, to we want our money back, to oh wait we have a part to fix it?! I've always used Pruett but I seen the pink ribbon trucks and that is something very near to my heart as I've lost a couple of loved ones because of Cancer. So I wanted to support their business for supporting that cause. I've been in the construction business for over 20 years and this is by far the biggest disappointment I've ever had to deal with. I'm still grateful they support the cause, but until they get their act together starting with just being honest up front (and not taking people's money upfront) so they can decide if they want to go another route!! This is the first bad review I've ever had to write, but felt obligated to do so in hopes that the right people see this and they make the necessary changes to be a more reputable and reliable company!!! read more

We Care was contacted and a check up service was scheduled for the AC system in a rental that we own in Georgia. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, did what they could with regard to a service, but determined that the heat pump and air handler had too many problems to make a repair/service economically feasible. They took photos and videos and were very specific about each and every problem that they found. With that information I decided to have both units replaced (they were very old as well) and the replacement date was scheduled. They replaced everything for the contracted price, and the units are functioning properly. It has only been a few weeks, but so far so good. I am happy with the work at this point. I left off a star because I was unaware of the extra fee for using a credit card to pay for the work, which is what I had planned to do. It is rare, although certainly not unheard of to be charged a fee for using a credit card, but I've never experienced it with this type of purchase. Had I known that having We Care do the work would cost me an extra ~$140 in fees I would have shopped around a bit more since the added cost is completely without benefit. read more

Bad experience. We Care installed system 2 years ago. Had to ask service person to leave on a recent call. I admit I was unhappy with the visit. Called We Care back twice. No return call. Third call back, manager said I was on a "no call list". No one ever contacting me about the situation. Unacceptable to not even contact the customer to inquire about the problem and simply take the employee's side. Don't use this company. I purchased a brand new unit in August of 2017. I believe they sold me a lemon because they have had to come out and "fix" it at least 15 times at this point and now my labor warranty is out. Of course it's currently broken and i received an astronomical quote to fix a leak. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company. Installed my grandmothers air condition. They did install it, but did not put any of the insulation back on the belly of the house. Left old air returns for the old furnace wide open for hot air to come in. They must have came out 3-4 times to fix it, but couldn't do it. Grandma ended up hiring her handy man to fix it. For $8k I would have thought they could have handled it. We care left my grandmothers house in a wreck, after they promised to fix it. read more

I truly appreciate the We Care Team with a special shout out to Cody Watson; at the beginning of the day I was so frustrated and ready to find a different ac company; but you guys are outstanding. All the technicians we have dealt with have been professional, courteous, and given great customer service. Between the owner and Cody you guys really turned my opinion around. Cody took the time to actually show me on the unit the issues; and even called to check to see if my parts were under warranty. I truly know that we may have gotten off to a bumpy start but we will always use you guys for our heating and air needs going forward. 2 yr old AC unit stopped pushing cold air, had a tech out. Replaced capacitor. $XXX for 30 mins of work. Never got a receipt. Apparently that was the issue...3 days later the entire unit froze over. Had another tech out. Absolutely nothing was accomplished on this visit. Except $XXX charge to me. No receipt again. Then telling me a senior tech will be out in 2 days to look at it. That would've been 3x in 1 week. Nope, cancelled that. I couldn't be more disappointed in the "we care" we received. We were over charged and felt as though we were taken advantage of. I ended up asking around about We Care, and not 1 person has said a good thing about the company, not 1. There may be good reviews on here, maybe they were just the lucky ones. The customer service folks and techs were nice people, no complaints to that. This was definitely an unfortunate experience, trust goes a long way. And when your money keeps getting taken and nothing is getting fixed, my trust is no longer there. From my personal experience, I would not recommend. read more

I'm hopeful that this review can save at least one person. This company has the worst reputation, they are the biggest crooks hiding behind a fake christian facade. They over charge every single time. They make the smallest repair sound like you're going to need a completely new unit. Please, before you use this company just ask around first. Ask any builder, supervisor, anyone. Don't be fooled by Josh his sweet smooth talking con man salesman like we were. Just to make us feel more comfortable he brought his boss, Matt so he could pretend what a fine upstanding Christian company they ran. What we paid for and what we got (an old obsolete smaller ton unit) was two different things. You will NOT get what you paid for, they think you're too dumb to check the unit after they install it. We Care Heating and Air should make a customer service video. My central air was blowing but it was not cold. Brandon the technician diagnosed the problem, literally in a couple of minutes, with a more than a reasonable price to fix it. I asked if I needed more "coolant" to make the air colder, he assessed the system and said that the pressures are right where they should be. Many companies would've taken advantage of that situation to make more money. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Brandon. He even came inside and checked our filter and gave us suggestions for a better filter that would allow better airflow so that the air conditioner would not have to work as hard. I don't give five stars easily but this company definitely deserves their five stars. read more

Josh provided us with amazing customer service. We asked him to patch our A/C because we were trying to make it just a few more months. It died a few days later so we went ahead and got a new install set up. He took it upon himself to come out and try to get the old A/C running again so we wouldn't be without while we waited the 3 days. It really wasn't a dire need, the temp in our house never got above 80. He still went above and beyond to make us happy. When we looked at the options of A/C's he told us about the energy efficiency of a new unit. We've had our new Trane a month now. When we got it we decided to run the A/C at whatever temps felt comfortable then when the power bill came we would adjust to budget. lol When I got my bill today I was fairly shocked. I did the comparison on Flint's website to see what we used when temps were the same average with the old unit. We used 2292 KWH's with our old unit and I wouldn't have called the house temp comfortable even. We weren't sweating, but it wasn't as cool as we would have liked. With the new Trane system we only used 1543 KWH's and my house is cold! We are very pleased. We also upgraded to the Nexia thermostat, Matt worked out a good deal with us on it. I would recommend that to anyone as well. It is such a luxury to wake up freezing in the morning and turn up the temp using your phone. It is also fantastic when you are getting ready to head home after being in the heat all day. Getting the house nice and comfortable before you even walk in the door is a huge bonus. I will tell anyone to use We Care Heating and Air. Their level of customer service is superior to anyone around these days. read more

I called We Care in the late afternoon on a Tuesday and they scheduled someone for the very next day. On Wednesday morning, their HVAC technician arrived at my home after calling ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He inspected my AC unit, quickly found the problem, and repaired it all within 30 minutes. To top it off, I was charged a very reasonable fee for the service. We Care has my highest recommendation. read more

As a Veteran, I try to seek out Veteran owned business and since the first time I used WE Care, around 2016-17 time frame, I have supported them and defended them against the negative comments that have come up when talking about the local AC companies. I've never had a bad experience with this company. In 2018 We Care replaced my system with a Train along with adding more insulation to my attic. They got us a great financing deal for it as well. This past week, Sept 2020, they replaced our ducting because it was sweating in several spot. The techs did a awesome job. They called when they were on the way. They were all very polite and willing to explain everything they were doing as the process moved along. At the end of each day they explained what had been done and how much was left to do. They cleaned up after themselves each day. From what we were told we got the most up to date state of the art ducting system on the market installed. It was also engineered in house by their top employee. I have never had a problem with any of their techs. They have all had smiles on their faces when they walk up, very respectful, very knowledgeable and very thorough in their inspection and repairs. Heather was great with finalizing our financing for us and the girls that answered the phone when ever I call are always upbeat. I would recommend their Warner Robins service team to any one who asks for a good AC company. read more

Our old unit was getting ready to expire, so we decided to replace it with a 4-ton Trane for our house August 2015. They also recommended increasing the diameter of the intake vent. I have been comparing our bills to last year's and cannot believe the difference. Talk about energy efficient. The average savings for the last 5 months has been $94 PER MONTH and the house does not seem to have the sharp difference of temperatures it used to have from room to room. PS. I love not having to change the old filters every month, that saves an additional $10-15 per month. read more
