I was talking to John, who took the time to explain everything to me. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and have me do extra work, but he never tried that. He test drove the car and assured me that they are OK. The reason I started going here is because they are very honest and do not cheat like the places I have been to before. Not to mention that I love their prices as well. I find their staff very friendly and I always leave satisfied! Vince

They have something that is missing from a lot of places: Honesty and reasonableness. Mike, the owner went above and beyond on my second visit to Auto Works by bringing my car back to me at Home Depot where I work. It's only about 2 blocks away but it was a cold and windy winter night so I really appreciated this extra touch. On my first visit, I found that the problem that needed to be repaired was clearly explained and it was repaired the same day. Thanks very much Mike and Team!

When you check engine light comes on and is flashing its bad news! I called a few local shops, it was 4:30pm and everyone was closing at 5pm. We decided to press our luck and pulled into their shop. (I had called them and spoke to their daughter Jennifer and she was so insanely nice that this is why we decied to take the 10 Min drive chance) The owner Dave and his wife were super nice and genuinely wanted to help us. They did a diagnostic right away on my Jeep and said it would be an easy repair (relief x 1000). We explained our situation and that we were on our way to Wellington and would be fine with leaving the Jeep for repair, but needed a rental car. Not only did they help facilitate all of this Dave DROVE US to the rental car company! We went on our way and had an amazing time. When we came back to pick up the Jeep he made a special trip to their shop that saturday to get our car out of their locked facility.
