I stated, I don't want to pay towing fees to have them look at it then be charged for diagnosed and state they can't do it, then pay for towing again to another mechanic. John abruptly responded "Well, I pass on this one" then hung up on me. I was not thrilled with the customer service.

My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!

Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.

Okay, I didn't want to give my secret away, but for the sake of Yelp and FTR's I will…read more Manzi is an old school garage in Niagara Falls. 100% no frills with old school prices. They are not nice here. In fact, they are kind of mean. However, they become a little nicer if you tell them that "Ed referred you." I'm not sure who or why or how the myth of this got started (or maybe I do), but trust me on this. If you like saving money, come here. Ask for Jerry to help you out. He's the owner. He's not nice and very gruff, but he will fix your car cheap. He can hack away at your vehicle. I've gotten some good work done here and other repair shops have quoted me $500 and Jerry helped me out for $200 or less. There's no wifi, no real waiting room. You just give your car to them and hope for the best. If you have an older car you like maintaining and fixing up, this is a good garage for it. I don't know if I would trust a newer car here, but they fixed up my 96 Toyota Corolla so many times and they have done a good job. They service a lot of local taxi cars as well, hence my initial referral.
