I literally just brought in a craftsman set of tools and a D Walt PVC cutter both brand new in the box never been used not a scratch on the case not a scratch on the box. is there a way to post pictures because I would love to post the picture. The craftsman tools retailed in Lows for 69.99 an pvc cutter 99.00 I requested $100 for both of them which is in mint condition never been used. never been taking out of the box yet. I will post pictures if I can. She told me she can get the PVC cutter brand new online for under 50 bucks and the craftsman she can only sell that for like 10 or 15 bucks. . I went in to get an estimate for my gaming computer set up (PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.) which I spent years to get together (all pieces bought within the last two years). Heart felt for something I've surely spent more than $2,000 on. These disrespectful people offered me $50 for a gpu that cost $300 and tried to explain to me that my computer is worth only $100. Wouldn't have cared if only they would have gave me an estimate over the phone but they made me take everything to them. These people are incompetent and got me so upset with the offer that I nearly made a second account just to down vote this. Don't go there they will act like they know what they're talking about but reality is you have better luck putting it up on Facebook marketplace. Sell it for dirt cheap because it'll better than expecting to get a fair deal from them. This store shouldn't exist to rob from unfortunate people. read more

I felt totally ripped off. I got 20.00 for six containers of collectables plus jewelry which the sales person seemed bent on hiding. They promised to return my containers which were worth 19.99 each but I was lucky to get back a bunch of mismatched containers with only two lids. My advice is be vigilant Look up value online Keeps a detailed list of everything you bring They act nice but they are dishonest I wanty stuff back and I'll pay double what they gave me, but I know they've already sold my stuff Have a garage sale. As it was an hour drive to their store, I called the day before, asked if they buy art, etc. , etc.. and was told yes, bring it in. I have Thomas Kinkade signed and even double signed incredible pieces and highly collectable movie theatre art posters. All in very expensive custom frames. I give him the market value and tell him he can check it on ebay or his reference sites. He was just very weird and I have never had a buy/sell experience like this in my life! He asks what I want, I tell him to give me some numbers, he refuses so I say well.. would like to get at least half the value or if you are lower, I can do a quick pawn and come back get them later. This guy was bizarre, he had ZERO knowledge about art and refused all my items that are worth $1,200+ I only wanted a couple hundred for 2 weeks on a pawn. He refused to offer anything and gave no reason? He is weird, the shop is nasty, dirty and old. I had a ton of gold coin I was going to bring in if they seemed cool. NO WAY! NOT THEM! It cost me 20 bucks in gas to drive there and 3 hours round trip of my time! All for this inept uneducated moron to not even make an offer or talk respectful to his customers. I was in the area on Sunday morning and stopped in to browse. Store was super organized and was an easy pleasant shopping experience. I specifically wanted to browse through their records and I was surprised and the selection of rock / pop records they had. Not a HUGE amount but several crates full, most reasonably priced for collectors. Let me say this, the owners are SUPER NICE here. I was leaning down to flip through the records and the owner actually offered me a crate to sit on while I browsed! In my life (and I love browsing at pawn shops), I've never had the person running the shop offer me a seat to sit down while I 'dig'. Pretty awesome. The woman that was working there was exceptional nice as well. When I went to check out, they were even flexible on the price, offering me a little discount and I didn't even have to ask for one! My only complaint here is that this shop isn't closer to my house, otherwise I would shop here more often. I highly recommend this place. What a piece of shit pawn shop. I have been to many pawn shops in my day. This by far is the worst one ive ever come across. If you dont want to get low balled dont go to this place. They are liars and will give you nothing for your trade ins. Besides dont waste your time they dont do pawns. The people that work there are worthless piece of trashes. They arent friendly and the place is a dump. You wont find anything of value there they have junk for sale. I asked if there were other pawn shops in the area and the guy didnt want to tell me.
