They actually asked me if I thought the Landlord knew how old the opener was?? Ha! So I sent the local website a service request. I got a call almost immediately from Melody and scheduled the repair. Mike came within the given service window and fixed us up with a new keypad. And they haven't yet billed us for the new keypad. I'm impressed and Thankful!

When I spoke with the owner he was verbally abusive on the phone and asserted i owed the company for things that he was actually trying to bill me for. Turns out he thought I was someone else; regardless, professional folks don't speak that way to anyone.

So when Dan's Doors came out to look at my opener they said they could not find a bill to put it in for me. So I went and looked and it turned out it was ACS Doors that put the opener in. So Dan's Doors charged me $116 to drive out to my house and do nothing. We do not know if the opener works or not, but we know he did nothing to fix the opener. I wouldn't use Dan's Door again.
