But Vince at LV stuck out to me in just a phone call. Mind you, I never looked at the website. We spoke, and he was direct and concise on what he offered in service. Very seldom do you see that these days. We set up an appointment, and the results were way beyond expectations. They meticulously worked on my vehicles. I mean, when you look at them, its better than a showroom finish. I plan to use them now for the once a month maintenance detail. There is so much value in keeping your car clean. Like I said before, wowwwww! Excellent in all phases of pricing, customer service, and total detailing! Thanks to LV detail!

This is a long review but worth the read!…read more I recently bought my wife of 53 years a new Tesla Model Y. If you know about those particular cars you know they have a supervised self-driving feature. This is a big deal if you happen to have Parkinson's disease! It's a movement disorder with no cure. It is also a disease that takes away your independence. With that said we took our car to American Detail located at 16634 House & Hahl Road for window tinting and Expel on the entire front of the car. All went well until we started to drive away. The self-driving wouldn't work! We were told that sometimes that can happen for different reasons. We were assured that it would return. However, the problem was my wife needed the self-driving to get home. We went back to American Detail and spoke to Ian about the problem of getting back home. Ian and another employee drove our Tesla home for us in the rain. I just want to highlight this business for their compassion for a couple of customers in their twilight years who needed help getting back home. Now for the quality of work. I have purchased many vehicles and have had tinting installed in every single one, some had imperfections that needed to be addressed. American Details work on our Tesla was perfect. If you need window tinting installed t or Expel to protect your investment you should use this company. If I could give them a ten star review I would! Thank you to Ian and American Detail for excellent work. Also thanks to Alan, the owner who reached out to us after the work was completed.

After months of searching, comparing quality and pricing, I had so many questions to do or not to do this for my brand new M440i. After watching hundreds of YouTube videos in regards to PPF/Ceramic coating, I have gotten so confused if this is good for me or not. Allen from American Detail didn't mind to spend time explaining the procedures, pros and cons, do and don't with me on the phone, answered all the questions I had, and we scheduled a tour of their facility. From the front desk to the work area, you will be amazed how they tidy up their facility to care for your car. Quality installation, friendly staff members, customer services, they made me feel right at home. The end result is beyond my expectations. If you have been thinking about doing this, check them out, you will not regret your decision choosing American Detail.

My wife and I have 4 kids, so having something like this comes in handy. The insurance company selected Hitmen Auto Detailing to do the job, and I couldn't be happier with their selection. I really lucked out! Desmon called me up as soon as the invoice was approved for the job! Desmon was able to book me an appointment on LABOR DAY in New Caney TX. Not only that, he came to my house to do the job. I asked him if he could share how much he charged on the invoice, and to be honest, you would pay more at a "Big Name" detailer. The difference this man made on my wife's vehicle is unreal! The communication, transparency, and overall service made this review a 5 out of 5. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and acquaintances!

I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the following day, I text and called and asked if we could reschedule for later in the week. I was originally hoping to have the job done that Saturday. He replied and asked if he could do it Sunday. I said sure. Sunday morning, he was supposed to arrive between 10a - 11a (the timeframe he offered up and I willingly agreed to.) Well, 10a came and went. Nothing. 11a came and went. Nothing. I called multiple times and text multiple times. Zero reply. I text asking if he'd simply be courteous enough to simply let me know if he would be doing the job or not. Nothing. I was texting iPhone to iPhone and the messages were showing "Delivered." And on top of that, he had his "Read Receipts" on. So, I know he was getting the texts, he was simply choosing not to reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, THE COMMUNICATION IS NON-EXISTENT AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD. Lots of options in Houston, TX. I'd rather wash and shampoo my own car than ever call this company again.
