This is a long review but worth the read!…read more I recently bought my wife of 53 years a new Tesla Model Y. If you know about those particular cars you know they have a supervised self-driving feature. This is a big deal if you happen to have Parkinson's disease! It's a movement disorder with no cure. It is also a disease that takes away your independence. With that said we took our car to American Detail located at 16634 House & Hahl Road for window tinting and Expel on the entire front of the car. All went well until we started to drive away. The self-driving wouldn't work! We were told that sometimes that can happen for different reasons. We were assured that it would return. However, the problem was my wife needed the self-driving to get home. We went back to American Detail and spoke to Ian about the problem of getting back home. Ian and another employee drove our Tesla home for us in the rain. I just want to highlight this business for their compassion for a couple of customers in their twilight years who needed help getting back home. Now for the quality of work. I have purchased many vehicles and have had tinting installed in every single one, some had imperfections that needed to be addressed. American Details work on our Tesla was perfect. If you need window tinting installed t or Expel to protect your investment you should use this company. If I could give them a ten star review I would! I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. The original detailer had his tools stolen the morning he was to do the clean & sanitation. My new boss was coming in town this week and I was desperate. Not only did he accommodate me, he explained the cleaning and sanitation process, dropped me back home so I could work. Completed the work the same day and it was spotless and pristine. On top of that they discovered a small oil pan plug leak and let me know about it so I was able to get that addressed the next day. I will be back and highly recommend. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the following day, I text and called and asked if we could reschedule for later in the week. I was originally hoping to have the job done that Saturday. He replied and asked if he could do it Sunday. I said sure. Sunday morning, he was supposed to arrive between 10a - 11a (the timeframe he offered up and I willingly agreed to.) Well, 10a came and went. Nothing. 11a came and went. Nothing. I called multiple times and text multiple times. Zero reply. I text asking if he'd simply be courteous enough to simply let me know if he would be doing the job or not. Nothing. I was texting iPhone to iPhone and the messages were showing "Delivered." And on top of that, he had his "Read Receipts" on. So, I know he was getting the texts, he was simply choosing not to reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
