(3) years into owning our hot tub half of the cover began sagging, it was clear there was an issue, and when we unzipped it to inspect, one side was missing a vapor barrier wrap on the foam, so it was just acting as a giant sponge. We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???

Since we have existing furniture, it was difficult choosing the fabric color and couch design to blend. And, we don't trust our instincts. We sent Carole pictures of the room and a drawing of the layout for scale. We brought a couple of pillows and paint samples. Carole took us to several options to test out and pointed out changes and upgrades we could make. She stayed in our price range and noted where higher prices might be useful or unnecessary. We are thrilled with our purchase and already have plans for other pieces. Carole will be our designer when we're ready for pieces to complete other rooms in the house. Purchased during COVID and just got around to shooting last fall. Well shooting one round at a time because the shells would not eject at all. Went with a friend to purchase a shotgun and mentioned to the same brown haired guy that has worked there for years and he said to clean and lube and if not working to bring back. Made sense so I did exactly that and still no ejection of the spent round. Tried myself to trouble shoot with different ammo, mags etc. and nothing worked. Brought the gun back today like I was told and the same brown haired guy with a beard basically handed me a card for a gunsmith and said they couldn't do anything. I asked him to take a look at the gun I purchased from them that I had the receipt for and he said it was from 2021. I said I know it is but it has never worked and I'm not asking for a refund, just some help figuring it out. He then started being rude and raising his voice at me like I was being unreasonable. I've purchased several guns from this place but will never step foot in that door again. New ownership or not the employee that yelled at me for asking for help is the same one that sold it to me.
