This was the first local news channel that I have seen embrace the use of Social Networks. The integration of the people, their thoughts, concerns and questions really make the news more personnel to us. While I am not the fan of media coverage, I do enjoy letting Fox play in the background as I get ready for work. read more

This is a complaint about Justin the weather guy. He talks about the silliest things instead of doing the weather. Folks need to know in real time the weather not about his wife, his airplane flying or any of the other silly stuff he says. I'm not even sure what he's talking about when he goes off of weather. It's frustrating. All we need is weather clear and concise no jokes or silliness..please stop this read more

My review is about Baltimore County Detention Center and how inmates who have serious health issues have to wait days for medication. My fiancé was arrested on Saturday January 18 2025.. He is 49 and has had 3 heart attacks one 100% blockage and he is type 2 diabetes and open wounds on both ankles.. I have called the jail and basically play phone tag who answers passes the prob onto the next person.. These people have made mistakes but they are still human and deserve to be treated like a human with compassion and respect. Please someone reach out to me so we can get these people help.. They shouldn't have to wait days for medication or bandage changes.. I have turned my life around so I am speaking fron experience I've been in that detention center and you are treated inhumane.. people going through withdrawal when they are on a program and can easily get medicated but no they take their time because now your just an addict to them. People do change and my fiancé and myself are 2 people who have. I need someone to help me with any information they could help me with to get this story out to our community.. Don't advertise with this company, Sinclair. They own 3 stations in Baltimore. They have lied multiple times about their ratings, rates, really they'll lie about anything to get a check from you. Keep your money, their digital products don't work. Their reporting is non-sense. I can make these reports up on Photoshop. I really think they use graphic designers to make the reports look authentic. I learned my lesson, never give this organization your money. They are crooks. read more

I try to only watch it in the morning for weather and traffic but other than that no more. They seem to force their Republican views on everyone with the guy in the segment called "Bottom Line with Boris" who seems to have his tongue so far up Trump's butthole that he can tell what he had for breakfast that morning. If they ever get out from under Sinclair Media then I might watch them again other than that I'll watch WBAL, WJZ or WMAR at night and only Fox45 for the morning weather and traffic. read more

I like the content on fox 45 but as someone who had to dump cable tv I don't get to watch most days. They seem to have the weakest signal in local tv. Is there a way to improve the signal? I have purchased an outside antenna and still it's hit and miss. ABC, cbs and nbc come in much better. read more

The morning news is what I love to put on every morning weekday. Not so much on the weekends, although I like Tony Pagnotti with the weather. The week day group obviously enjoys working together and it shows. Patrice and Tom have great chemistry and I like having the TV on as the kids are getting ready for school. They cover everything from hard hitting to fluff stories. Great way to wake up! Candace Dold never wears anything inapropriate... she is just giving the traffic report so her outfits are perfect. Jimmy in the car gets kind of crazy but adds to the show. This station lets you feel you are part of the show with them. The other stations are vanilla... I look forward to the 45 morning team. I do not watch the evening news programs because I get my news all day online. read more

So now this local news station that I enjoyed in the early moring as I was getting ready for work has now become a source of anguish to me as I am now subjected to one sided , pro Republican talking points that have me wondering if I have mistakenly switched to Fox , national ala, Glen Beck, Sean Hannity, or Bill O`riely. The recent opinion segment was such a joke , complaining about Government forcing us to buy Energy efficient light bulbs, right out of the foolish rantings of Michele Bachman, and stating that by now the American Public was aware of the false claims of Global Warming. I have had enough and will now watch another local station as I ready myself for work, and spare myself the anger these pro Republicant rantings are having on me. read more

I am very disappointed in our local Fox 45 News for their failure in keeping the public abreast of the level of corruption in Baltimore and their participation in covering up corruption rather than being a "true" journalist outlet that investigates corruption. I have personally sent letters, emails to Fox45 insisting that they need to investigate Baltimore City agencies such as Department of Housing Inspectors who blatantly send Housing Inspectors to locations who do not have a license to inspect all essential conditions of a home. Housing Dept. says they don't require inspectors to have a license as the Housing Dept. has the license. This is corruption as MD State requires all inspectors to have a license, not just a department. Further, the Dept. of Housing has no set protocol for inspections such as a check list, etc. when they inspect putting landlords, homeowners and tenants at risk for things not covered or overlooked. On another note of corruption, I have repeatedly asked why Johns Hopkins has a seat on the Mayor's President Council when other hospitals in Baltimore City have not been given this privilege? This allows for corruption as JH has the real estate details first hand by this counsel and can bid on these properties at low costs. That's why JH owns so much real estate (cheaply) in Baltimore City and are considered a "charity" no property tax paid institution. Thirdly, why is the Ethics Commission for Baltimore City composed of Baltimore City employees, who are paid by the Mayor's office? This lends itself to corruption as cases against Baltimore City could/would be compromised and perhaps dismissed. Baltimore City needs to get its act together and Fox 45 needs to stop being opinionated outlet and become the journalist they're intended to be and investigate the corruptions---please! read more

My name is Gretchen Johnson- 4601 West Northern Parkway, Apt. 415, Baltimore, Md. 21215 I am reaching out to the news to highlight what me and others, as Seniors, are experiencing at this property, Arlington Estates Coop, 410-344-1822, Main no. Lisa McDermin represents this building. They have access to our apartment, and even though the locks were changed, the master key is in the hands of two individuals. I have had my food, credit cards stolen, my medication was thrown around in my night table. My car window broken out. Also, the juice I had previously drank, made me very sick. I called poison control, and the police. And poison control told me that the police were the only ones that could bring it to them. So, I am not the only one, these other tenants are told they have dementia or they're crazy. I am very adamant about this, because the other senior building were I was tenant put me out, and said that if I did not leave my things would be trashed. I was in three shelters for seven months. Please help, If we do anything, then we are in violation, so they use that to take advantage. read more

WBFF-TV, Fox 45 - Baltimore, MD. Like repeats of the news for several days? This is your station. The only draw on their evening newscast is Jennifer Gilbert, who is wasting her talents with this Right slanted station. Not only is their reporting highly questionable but their on-line poll appears to be run by someone in China. Either that or it is geared on purpose to send non-Rightwing responses either to other questions (thus slanting even more) or to limbo. Have you ever seen a poll with only 1 possible answer? Oh, and that running tape at the bottom of the news screen, either that's done in China or by a GED from a Baltimore City school. Misspellings, missing words, and location references by someone who has no clue. The evening and weekend weather crew are a joke, both accuracy-wise and presentation-wise. By the way, that's a Shatner 2000 on Jeff Barnd. read more

I'm appalled that Meghan Gilliland allowed an interview on 8-10-21 to continue with a Mr. King when he started speaking of being racist, oppressed and white supremacy regarding the school systems. These are untruths, had she bothered to interview a white person or someone from another ethnicity that has actually lived through the system and better themselves through hard work without help from the system you might be more educated . also, she interviewed a white woman last week on a subject and when it got to race she cut her off and did not let the interview continue. It's this kind of news that stirs the pot and keeps racism at the top of the list and people really heat. Shame on you. You need to go. read more
