When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

West Elm is not a cheap place, but if you can get with an associate and ask about sales, that's usually the best way to go. My rug was heavily discounted when ordering online and shipping in, and she also got my chairs reduced in price as a result of some factory shipping something or other. I would say shop the sales, sign up for coupons, and if there's a piece you really have your eye on you can usually make it work!
