Mike and all of his crew members did a BEAUTIFUL JOB trimming and removing very heavy trees. They were extremely respectful, and were really kind about asking my husband and me exactly what we wanted them to do. We are so impressed with their excellent customer service and the price was very reasonable ($1500 for 2.5 hours x five guys with a short lunch.) They all worked very hard, and did all the tree cutting and cleanup by climbing with no heavy equipment (like cranes) except for the very large wood chipper. They did a fantastic job cleaning up, even folding up our tarps for us! They carried out the heavy logs by hand to take away in their truck. I recently removed four trees from my backyard and needed the stumps removed. I submitted a request online, talked to them shortly after, and he actually stopped by my house, while I was at work, about an hour later and gave me the final quote of $100 for the removal of the four small stumps. I was in communication with the same guy via text message for several days, I think his name was Mike. We went back and forth for a while but I couldn't get him to lock down a date. I told him several times that I was hosting a party at my house on Friday so he needed to come before then or after. He finally told me I was on the schedule for Monday. Friday afternoon I get home from work about 3:30pm and the tree stump removal guy was at my house. I was very confused and unimpressed with the communication amongst the people who are all supposed to be working together. I ran outside and told the guy I was on the schedule for Monday and he said, "Ok, well I'm here now why can't I just do it now?" That is the right answer. He assured me that it would only take 10 minutes and he wouldn't leave behind any mess.
