My estamate was $1545 for the move from Frederick Md to Waynesboro. Fiinished the move at 2pm. Came back withh the bill for $1285.Less then the estamate. even put a few ceiling tiles in for me in the basement. Gave each a great tip tip for moving my stuff without any issues. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had. Due to water damage in my home, Serve Pro did…read morea pack out. Pod was supposed to arrive 3 or 4 days ago. Serve Pro was moving my things out when they got a call that due to a "warehouse problem" the pod would not arrive. All the pack out needed to be moved back into the house. When the driver arrived, luckily I told him I needed to be able to get into my driveway because it appeared that her was going to just drop off the pod blocking everything. He was extremely rude, dismissive, condescending and hostile. I asked if once he moved the pod if I would have room to use the garage and he said "well you'll just have to park here; you've got space". I explained that with the tall trees in the woods behind my house that I would need to find another space to park and he said "well I don't have a garage and I park outside". It's an awful experience to have water damage belongings and Serve Pro has been wonderful to work with. But I will NEVER use PODS and will tell everyone I know about this experience. Late, rude, hostile and condescending.
