He was periodically checking-in with me, and I with him -- always courteous in our communications. FINALLY I was able to have him remove my two large pieces of older sofa and loveseat. Despite some issues on removing the legs to get through my front door, all went well and uneventful. I highly recommend We Love Junk and believe you will be quite pleased with their service and dependability. A value for the peace-of-mind you get.

I am in the midst of selling my house, and one of the requirements of settlement is that everything…read morethat is inside the house must go. Couches, recliners, entertainment centers, bed, etc. must be removed. While I was in the process of selling and/or giving away all of the items in the house, I contacted Christian of Ahearn hauling to make an appointment to have everything removed so that I wouldn't be stuck by settlement. Christian probably set an appointment time and showed up at that time to give me an estimate. His price to remove everything was way under the "big box" junk removal companies, and he even further worked with me a little bit on the price to get a commitment from me. In between the time I set the appointment and the date when he was to have the junk removed, I was able to actually sell and/or give away everything that needed to go. As a result, I never ended up using Ahearn hauling, I was very impressed with the way they conduct business. They were prompt, efficient, respectful and reasonable. Additionally, Christian worked with me on dates to have the stuff removed asap because he knew I was going to settlement within a week. I definitely appreciated the personal touch even though circumstances prevented me from completing the job with their company. But I would definitely recommend these guys for any of your moving and/or junk removal needs.

Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely use them again if we need similar services.

I am a heating oil customer on automatic delivery for years. I have run out several times, things…read morehappen, but they have always brought some oil in an emergency to get me through and filled it the next day. Not anymore. Now when you have an emergency, you're on your own. This was the coldest week of the year. I even called last week to say I was concerned about running low. They scheduled me for Tuesday which I didn't think was soon enough; I ran out Saturday night in 18-degree weather and high winds. Too bad. I had to call back the answering service after waiting until 2 am for a call back to be informed that they would get back to me in the morning and then was hung up on. Well, it's morning, still nothing. I tried to call, but nobody answers now. I presume she recognized my number. So, here's my recommendation: If you use AC&T, it's generally o.k., the drivers are great, the oil's pretty clean and you'll be o.k. most of the time but keep some K-1 on hand 'cause you might need it!

Last heating season 2024/2025 - they let me run out of propane (automatic delivery customer). This heating season 2025/2026 - they let me run out of propane the end of December and AGAIN today. December had to call multiple times and waited over 10 hours without heat until someone showed up. Today I have called twice already - still no return phone call as to when someone will be here. Back on the December issue, they also told me they would give me a credit on the charges (since I'm on automatic delivery). But of course, they did not make any adjustments to my charges. Customer service is horrible and they cannot get automatic deliveries coordinated properly.
