We had wall-to-wall…read morecarpet in most of the house except tile in the foyer and kitchen and bathrooms and linoleum in the laundry/utility room. After looking around at flooring places in our area (Ocean Township) we checked out Fox Floors and boy are we glad we did! I love wall-to-wall carpet (every place I've ever lived had it) but my wife wanted hard flooring. Marshall is THE MAN! He is such a super salesman! So laid back (so caring and not pushy in the slightest) and explained everything so nicely to us and let us take home samples because it's really hard to imagine what each thing is going to look like just by looking at it at the store. He said that most people get hard flooring nowadays so we decided on getting new wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for the bedrooms, hallway and stairway (to satisfy me) and we should get hard flooring to replace the carpet and tile downstairs in the living room, dining room, foyer and hallway (to satisfy my wife). Marshall was so great with our schedule of doing it. The guys that did it were great! So fast and precise! And it wasn't easy. The ground floor (we're on a slab, no basement) had to be leveled out because the tiled part (foyer and kitchen) was higher than the carpeted part. Everything came out fantastic! The hard flooring looks like wood and the carpeted stairway and upstairs in so super cushiony! We love it! Quality products and quality workmanship! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Marshall, Bob, Mr. and Mrs. Fox and the whole working crew! Thank you Fox Floors! - Rob and Joyce PS - And it's worth it just to go to the showroom to see the amazing carpets that Marshall made of rock stars! Totally awesome!!

I had many staples coming through my Armstrong vinyl flooring right after installation and the molding around my island was pieced together. He did send repair men. Afer that, more staples coming through tile. sent a repair man. He was supposed to call back because floor transition cracked. Promised he would order another one. After this call, more staples coming up through vinyl and we can't find the matching transition. Never got back to us. No more did he respond to our phone calls. This was a costly floor. I am so unhappy with their work and I advise everyone to beware.

While we like the design help, we knew it came at a price. We got a great looking bathroom and paid nearly 3x most other shops for just tile materials. Boy the customer service after the sale was horrible. Missed pieces, short tile (large pieces and a case of each expensive designer pieces left over with no returns. Ok lessen learned you don't always get what you pay for. After a few year the sting goes away and 3 days of shopping at floor and decor and other tile shops we remembered something we liked at Garden state tile we ended up buying the bathroom tile . We needed it fast , its all in stock which means pick it up in a week . We'll same thing, completely missed ordering the floor tile, over ordered other pieces and forgot the doorway saddle. After calling, they make you feel like you forgot. Zero customer awareness. Anyway I hope this helps you make a decision

BEWARE OASIS TILE IN LAKEWOOD, NJ…read more This company has used every excuse to deny me a refund for two nearly full boxes of unused tile. At first they claimed they were damaged, then they said they never received the full box (which had been packed by them) from UPS, then that the manager/supervisor would call. After numerous calls to the company, the manager was always at a meeting or busy, but when he /she had time would return my call. Nearly two months after I drove to the UPS store twice because they originally only sent me one tracking number, I had to call inquiring about my refund. They never bothered to inform me of any of these details until I reached out. Terrible and dishonest customer service! I would love to have posted and highlighted my new kitchen backsplash and given rave reviews; however, the customer service is abysmal. Why would I have carried two boxes of broken tiles to the UPS store twice and paid them to return the tiles if they had been damaged. I would have accepted a "good faith"compromise, but the company refused to communicate. The whole situation is shady at best and I would definitely recommend avoiding this company for your next project.
