Finally, the cabinets arrived and two of them are defective. For about one month now, I have been corresponding back and forth with Jaeger/Tedd Wood about the defective drawers. I cannot get any confirmation from either party about the resolution of my issue. Unfortunately, I paid in full so I have limited financial leverage so I feel I have no other choice than to voice my frustration via a google review.

While we like the design help, we knew it came at a price. We got a great looking bathroom and paid nearly 3x most other shops for just tile materials. Boy the customer service after the sale was horrible. Missed pieces, short tile (large pieces and a case of each expensive designer pieces left over with no returns. Ok lessen learned you don't always get what you pay for. After a few year the sting goes away and 3 days of shopping at floor and decor and other tile shops we remembered something we liked at Garden state tile we ended up buying the bathroom tile . We needed it fast , its all in stock which means pick it up in a week . We'll same thing, completely missed ordering the floor tile, over ordered other pieces and forgot the doorway saddle. After calling, they make you feel like you forgot. Zero customer awareness. Anyway I hope this helps you make a decision

You apparently have quite a colony of stray cats living behind your facility back in that industrial park. And you know what? To see that your employees are caring for these cats made me know that the future IS indeed bright. Someone (or more than one person, probably) feeds them and has made them quite nice makeshift shelters. I was fortunate enough to have a bag of dry cat food in my cab (I always carry dry cat food with me in my truck.) So even though it was a Sunday, your kitties got fed. The large black and white, who appears to be the alpha male, is actually quite friendly. I could have scooped him up, but then your folks would wonder where he had gone.
