I had my whole driveway redone in a beautiful red brick with belgian blocks on the side. It looks fantastic right now. They did it in one week and considering the rain during last week it could have been done sooner but it wasn't rushed, they took their time. I usually don't write reviews but I think this warranted one. Mike was a bit aggressive in terms of pushing you to get other things done, but that was expected. How else is business done without being a bit aggressive. He and his team got the work done. There was also an accidental damage to my sidewalk that was done when the truck dumped the bricks to my sidewalk. I asked Mike about it and he promised it was going to be patched up. Today he kept his word and did what he promised. So definetly if you need honest guys who do brickwork on driveways, I think these guys are competitive and do great work. I would recommend again.

Other companies had limits--for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I'm glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it's better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I'd recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent--very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn't like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you're spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great--he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won't have any more issues going forward.

Joe promised to fix it or refund our money first weekend in October 2019 never showed up. Now he's on the run. The guy has no customer service skills. HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS and on occasion he'll through you a bone if you can get to talk to him he yells at his customers for reaching out. He can benefit from an anger management class. He ignores his customers and wants you to chase him around. Your best bet is to RUN when Joe Bellamy comes around. Not worth the headache.
