I am disappointed because I have no complaint about the on-site work itself. My concern is specifically with paying for services that were not delivered as represented and then being unable to get a response when attempting to resolve the issue. I hope ANCO will address this matter and improve its communication with customers when there is a concern about services that have been paid for but not provided. When we pay more than $40,000 to this company, I would expect them to respond to their customers.
