Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health. Over heard her asking someone if they were spiritual. Her idea of biblical vs factual symptoms is extremely scary bc I don't believe you are getting FACTUAL MEDICAL HEALTH ADVICE vs religious views. I would avoid at all costs unless you want to feel stupid and waste your time. Keep the bible out of human health!!! Won't ever go back.

I worked for her for several years and I can tell you first hand about how she treats her patients as well as staff. In my several years with her, I worked my butt off with little to NO appreciation as well as being under paid. I did everything in that office with the exception of moping the floors and seeing the patient. My urgent care experience was terrible and unacceptable but my Livonia Family experience made me well. And my office visits have been fine as well. Thumbs way up for this place!

Wait for 10 mins max after check-in then be ushered into the fold, check my weight ushered into an exam room where the nurse updates all my info. Then wait 10-15 mins for Dr. to show up, after a comprehensive checkup I leave. All very good service. NOW IHA has started a practice, you dont even have to pay a copay. They just bill you. And if you cant pay the bill, there is access One that will setup a payment plan as to what you can afford. So everyone is happy.
