The crown that was put on in 2023 fell off in 2025 and had to be replaced. Since dental insurance will only pay for the same crown on the same tooth every 7 years, I had to pay another dentist the full 1400.00 for the replacement. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are truly sub-quality.

So I asked if there was anything that could be done to build up and strengthen the tooth. The dentist took this opportunity to talk me into what turned out to be an unnecessary, and poorly fitted veneer that keeps falling off. I've lost count of how many times I had to go back to have it put back on. Sometimes it only stayed put for a couple days. It'd break off from biting into things as soft as a slice of pizza. They couldn't even be bothered to make sure my tooth and the veneer were clean and dry before putting it back on. Just slap some glue on there and stick it to my tooth. The glue they used wasn't even adhering to the veneer properly. I could chip it off the veneer with my fingernail. It was both the most I've been charged for dental work, and the poorest quality work I've received. Finally found another dentist to reattach it, and noticed that the reattachment was a much longer process when it's being done by someone who actually cares to do a good job. Moral of the story: Aspen dental cannot be trusted. They just want your money and do not care about the quality of their work.

Paid out of pocket for a root canal operation on the 14th of July. They did not finish the operation that day and I was told to return to finish it a month later on August 9th. Well today they referenced the x-rays from July and told me the tooth cant be saved and must be extracted. Further more they refused to reimburse me the full amount even though they didn't save the tooth and had me in pain for a month -- I say had me in pain for a month because seeing as they referenced the x-rays from July they knew back then that a root canal was not going to be possible. I should have just had it extracted and kept my money. Basically stole my money and had me in unnecessary pain for a month.
