Horrible, horrible, horrible…read more Came here to return a iPhone I bought and had the worst experience. The guy that helped me was left alone with no training and returned a phone incorrectly, resulting in me having to call AT&T several times and wasting countless hours trying to have the issue resolved. Apparently the account has to be notated a certain way for AT&T to see the phone was returned. Not the kids fault, but managements fault for lack of training and leaving someone alone within the first few weeks on the job. I would have been overwhelmed myself if I started a new job and was left to resolve issues with no guidance or an assistance line to call. The employees here are nice and tried their best, but examples are set from the management down, and management needs to be more conscious.

She replied very rudely, with a bad attitude, saying no because they were for the next day. However, there was another worker there--a very kind blonde woman--who approached my family member and gave us the platter we needed. We asked for a few other things, and she was never rude to us; on the contrary, I want to commend her for providing excellent service, unlike her rude and unpleasant coworker who failed to deliver good customer service. I asked for the name of the young woman who treated us poorly so I could report her, and I was told her name is Jade; the other, very kind blonde woman is named Orisia. She truly provides great customer service--kudos to her.
