The man continued to talk about how they were closed and even told his coworkers not to provide the service for me. If they were closed, why take my money and let me go through the car wash and refuse to provided a service that is included with my car wash? Very poor customer service to tell a paying customer who visits weekly this.

Allen and their staff were able to diagnose the problem and did everything in their power to get me back on the road. They are all wonderful people and knowledgeable and skilled professionals. It took longer than we had hoped to obtain replacement parts so I had to travel home without my car and return to their shop in Greenwood DE by bus. Jamie and Allen's communication with me about the repair work was top notch and comforting. And they took time on their day off to pick me up at the bus station when I returned to get my car! It is a super sad situation, as the place use to be our family's go to automotive service location. We will never take another vehicle to them again. They have lost loyal customers who try to support local businesses, due to their unprofessionalism, untrustworthiness and unreliability. The first issue was that someone did not check the fluids after servicing our vehicle. They called after the fact to say they "forgot." I call that unprofessional and unreliable. The 2nd issue came after my mother died and I inheirited her vehicle and needed to get it inspected b/c of MD requirements. I called them last Wednesday and requested an appointment for an inspection ASAP. The soonest they could even give me an appointment was Monday AM. The car was there before they ever opned on this Monday. My husband called mid-day to see when the car would be finished/ready and to let them know that our plan was to go to the Motor Vechicle Administration AS SOON AS it was ready as there were time constraints. They informed him that they could not inspect it b/c there were clothes in the back seat. They did NOT BOTHER to call to let us know that. My husband got all of the clothes out of the back seat and we waited to hear from them. Then around 3:30, he took the initiative to call them again. They informed him it would not be finished today. They would have it done by 9 tomorrow-which did not work for me. I immediate went to retrieve the car and will not give them any future business. Good luck, if you try them. Took my car here for a check engine light after pep boys told me a solenoid needed to be replaced and they couldnt do it. The owner Chris re-diagnosed the the problem and agreed a solenoid needed to be replaced. He charged me almost $800 dollars and when I picked the car up the check engine light was still on and I now had a completely flat tire. Chris tried to tell me the tire was probably already leaking before I dropped it off despite me having driven hundreds of miles with no issues over the last several weeks. We then discovered there was a nail now in the tire that one of his employees had driven over in their parking lot. They patched the tire and told me they would fix the problem. Chris calls me 2 days later saying now he thinks its just the wiring but it will cost another $600 dollars to fix. He stated its not his fault he didnt fix the problem correctly the first time since "I told him to fix the solenoid" even though he called me and said he diagnosed that as the problem as well. He finally fixed a wiring issue after a week of working on the car and charged an additional $600 because he could figure out the problem the first time. The professional thing to do would have been to correctly diagnose and fix the problem the first time like a competent mechanic instead of becoming defensive and blaming the customer and the charging them twice for your own incompetence. If I could give 0 stars I would TLDR: I asked this guy to fix a check engine light. He couldnt figure out the problem, blamed me, popped one of my tires and charged me twice. I will never go back. Please do not waste your money here.
