He also made a recommendation for a product that I could buy if I needed further assistance with cleaning tough grime from windows. I bought it and sure enough, it works better than the product I have always previously used for the same job! The Georgetown Service Center is top notch! Art, the owner, is great at his craft! Was told to bring it back because he guarantees his work.. it's now another 4 months later and my car is still sitting in the same spot it was put in since it was towed. While venturing out the next day the truck started pulling to the right hard and grinding noises came from the front right wheel. I figured the wheel bearing was coming apart. I had the driver side bearing replaced 2 years ago, and in hind-sight should have done both. That being said, I broke down on a Sunday visiting a friend in Georgetown DE. I looked on line sitting on the side of the road and D&D Diesel came up waiting for the tow truck. I needed a truck shop not a car repair shop, so told the tow truck driver to drop my one ton off at D&D(They had 5 stars on several search engines). On Monday I called them and told them what I suspected was wrong. I told them I'm in town for 5 days for the cruise-in and needed the truck fixed in the next 4 days if they could fit me in. With no hope of them getting to it anytime soon, I made plans to rent a car to drive the family back to Louisville KY at the end of the week, then fly back in a week or two to rescue my truck and trailer. Patrick fit me in that day and had the truck repaired(wheel bearing and ABS sensor) the next day. The cost was what I paid two years ago for the other bearing. If you're a local or a visitor that has car problems, Patrick and D&D is the place to go. As a hot-rod builder, D&D is top shelf and did me a solid by fitting me in immediately.

Allen and their staff were able to diagnose the problem and did everything in their power to get me back on the road. They are all wonderful people and knowledgeable and skilled professionals. It took longer than we had hoped to obtain replacement parts so I had to travel home without my car and return to their shop in Greenwood DE by bus. We own a few cars, ranging from boring family sedan to a goofy Smartcar. I brought my smartcar to Chris for what I hoped was a simple repair, and with great apologies he handed back my keys and did not charge me even though he was able to diagnose the issue. He knew he wouldn't be able to get the part that was needed, and therefore asked me to return with other issues.
