Fantastic drink and food selection. Relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Loved the sandwiches and my toddler devoured the blueberry muffin. I would not order the blended cold brew again because it separated and I ended up with a bunch of ice at the top. And I would argue that they could put double the vegetables into the veggie sand which as it was mostly bread but still tasted delicious. read more

Not a bad coffee but not spectacular either. The vibe is super cute and something you would find in Vancouver but I wasn't super impressed with the coffee itself. Service is all right but I feel like I am being judged when I go to pay based on how I tip. But overall, if you need caffeine and a place to go and chill this would be good. read more

Get here early (and often) The lines get long around the 9 o'clock hour so be prepared to wait if you slept in! The patio is huge and there's plenty of seating (the line up stretched out from the counter all the way out the door and partway up the ramp. You can tell the locals (and visiting foodies) come here for the coffee, the food and the gram. You can taste the fresh local ingredients in the food. The bread was amazing and the eggs cooked perfectly with runny yolk (egg is optional). Both the winter toast and salmon toast were delicious. Don't wait too long to try this place out! read more

Wayne and Freda is the hidden gem of Penticton. They have a large menu, beautiful interior, and fast service. My only complaint is why it has to cost me 8$ for a latte with oat milk. The pricing is really outrageous making it hard to justify coming here more than once a month. I wish I could support this business more but a latte at Starbucks is half the price. read more

the food is very good. The service is less than desirable,especially for the premium prices you pay. Great coffee, location is central and close walk to the beach. I would have given it a higher rating however the individual taking my order promptly walked over to her colleague and failed to grab the baked goods I ordered. I saw her colleague prompt her in my direction and she shrugged her shoulders and carried on the conversation. Again her colleague could see i was waiting and asked if I needed help. I asked for my baked goods and the order taker provided one of the two items I paid for. prompting me a third time. While i want to support local businesses and not chains, with this type of customer service I am thinking twice of spending my hard earned $ at this establishment. read more

Local gathering spot between downtown and the water. Popped in to grab smoothie to-go. Asked the barista for their preference and the order was ready in less than 5 minutes. All indoor seating was taken, surprising for a Tuesday morning, but it was chilly out so friends were enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The smoothie was OK. We had coffee at WF several times. It is always excellent. Food is acceptable, except last time the smoked salmon had a fishy smell and did not taste well. The food is also quite expensive for what you get. There is a gift shop next to the coffee shop with a number of WF items. In addition, it has a great selection of gift items, including items for children, BUT, this must be the most expensive gift shop we ever visited. For example, prices in Banff Spring gift shops feel like bargain basement, yet they carry similar items such as unique candles, tea, coffee beans and various kitchen items. read more

I've found my penticton coffee happy place. This feels like I'm back in Melbourne at a cool coffee spot. Got a perfect flat white and avo toast - and the wait wasn't long considering how busy it was for 11am on a Saturday. Love the fresh feel of the decor and the rolled up garage door. I kinda wanted to steal the photo of the skateboarding girl off the wall but thought better of it. Will be back. read more

This not a cafe that is concerned about the quality of their coffee more about their food offerings. The espresso disappears in their latte; it becomes a milky drink. Muffin wasn't bad despite server forgetting to provide it. Poor design of workflow with customers having to bunch up at end of bar where entrance is, garbage, food delivery, return of dirty dishes. They are trying to do to much with their menu and end up sacrificing on quality of coffee. read more

The vibe is nice and the patio is a great spot for a coffee date but aside from that, there isn't too much to offer that differs from any other bougie drink spot. A decent but small selection of baked goods, the food menu is reasonable with something for everyone. There's a cooler with alcohol beverages as well, which was a nice surprise. Just discoverd today this new coffee restaurant. The ambience is very young and friendly! Good orientation that allows the sun to enter into the restaurant and it is very appreciate during winter days. The coffee is good and we can also order some food like sandwiches. read more

I hate to be a "Karen" I wasn't impressed by the two blonde girls that were working Saturday morning who seemed more interested in what they had to say to each other than to acknowledge my existence when saying "thank you!". It left a bitter taste in my mouth.. and it wasn't the coffee.
