It started with our salesman and designer, Steve, who expertly and courteously guided us through the initial planning stages. His pleasant and patient demeanor helped us make big decisions easily. When work began we developed new relationships with another courteous and pleasant fellow, Jose, who became our main contact in the office. He kept the communications alive and always responded promptly to my questions. Then Majid, the boss, and his crew of skilled workers came in and began demo and rebuilding. Special kudos to Vicente, a very talented and skilled craftsman who put together all the cabinets, installed the new flooring, completed the plumbing, and did just about anything else that needed to be done. Alex was a prime helper who also did a great job with touch up work and plastering. Vicente was at our house every day for six weeks, sometimes working alone and other times working with as many as five or six crew members. All in all, we had a great experience with Xpress, and are very happy we engaged their services. We highly recommend them! Thank you Majid and company for your responsiveness and professionalism!!

The house was built in the early 1950s, the shower is small, and it had been retiled with poor quality tile (that didn't quite match the original, which is in the rest of the bathroom) decades earlier. The crew put in long days over a couple of weeks -- that's how meticulous they were. Although they had to troop through the house (and my bedroom) to get the job done, they were careful to keep everything as clean and undisturbed as possible. My new shower is perfect! Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.
