The only shop I found that had the juice I needed was about 15 miles closer but almost double the price. I had called ahead and spoke to Keller, who was so helpful, and he kindly offered to hold the product I was looking for. The location is convenient and there was plenty of street parking. When I walked in, I was greeted by someone who I believe to be the owner. I felt very welcome. Sometimes if you go into an older auto parts store (small NAPA stores) you have a bunch of "regulars" staring at you as you try to explain what you need without really knowing what you need. I did NOT feel like that and was thankful for that. There were two pipe smokers and one cigar smoker taking advantage of the lounge area. I inherited my Dad's pipe lighter that I never knew that he had. It turns out the flint had swelled up inside and needed to be "drilled" out and replaced. He did some simple maintenance on it and told me what I needed to do. He was able to recommend a lighter fuel and Zippo flint that would make my lighter work. He was very professional and at no time was I treated like someone who doesn't know what he is doing; which I do not! It was a pleasant experience and I look forward to going back to take advantage of their large selection of pipes, cigars and tobacco.
