I usually go for a huge selection, I've found some really good juice here. The only con that I can say is that it feels a little intimidating walking in, it feels more like a boy's club than a shop. That isn't the shop's fault though, I recommend this place if you're out this way.

There were a lot of people there when I was, and they looked happy, so that's good? Anyway, Spouse and I were walking by yesterday, and suddenly, saw a cat in a window! The employees were completely cool with us stopping in to say hi to the felines. So yes! If you vape, and like cats, stop by. Perhaps not a good place to bring your pooch, though.

The fact that the cats put their buttholes on the counter and then products get laid out up there is absolutely disgusting to me. 10/10 do not recommend. Hands down the best quality glass I have found near the West Lafayette/Lafayette. That is directly related to the fact this business is not a corporation! Which means they rely on their reputation and the local word of mouth to get the word out. I went in on a Sunday afternoon not really having anything specific in mind to purchase. I was mind blown when I saw the selection and array of different items. The employee working was actually working and not sitting on his ass even though their was very little traffic in at the time. Since I wasn't really looking for anything specific I asked a ridiculous amount of questions and the employee remained patience and answered every question I had with no problems. The man who works behind the counter is absolutely one of the most rude, unhinged people I have…read moreever met in my life. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. We had went in to look for juice and I asked him what he recommended for vape juice, and at first, he was nice enough and recommended a few. Mind you that I was doing the talking, and my boyfriend was not. My boyfriend started to look behind him at the selection behind him, and that's when the guy exploded, calling my boyfriend disrespectful and told him to look at him when *he* was talking to my boyfriend. He never did once speak to him, so I'm unsure of why he decided to come unhinged. I went back another time looking for coils, and when I walked in, the same guy was behind the counter. He did not look up from his Nintendo switch and I waited a good minute for him to acknowledge me, even after I spoke to him. He acted like I was being rude for interrupting his game play. I asked him if he had the coil I was looking for, he asked to see my vape and I obliged. He took a half second look at it and said no, then looked back down at his switch and mumbled if that was it. I left upset. I rarely write reviews, but this is the exception. Unless you're a student on campus and have no other choice, please DO NOT visit this store. You will leave upset like I did and wondering what just happened.

They tell their customers to contact the brand/maker and it's not their problem, basically take it up with the brand name/maker.
