I called around, and they had the best prices even though I had to drive 45 miles, it was worth the trip. The only shop I found that had the juice I needed was about 15 miles closer but almost double the price. I had called ahead and spoke to Keller, who was so helpful, and he kindly offered to hold the product I was looking for. Keller and the young man who helped in-store were great; I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Will definitely continue to shop at Wild Side. Thanks!!

Hands down the best quality glass I have found near the West Lafayette/Lafayette. That is directly related to the fact this business is not a corporation! Which means they rely on their reputation and the local word of mouth to get the word out. I went in on a Sunday afternoon not really having anything specific in mind to purchase. I was mind blown when I saw the selection and array of different items. The employee working was actually working and not sitting on his ass even though their was very little traffic in at the time. Since I wasn't really looking for anything specific I asked a ridiculous amount of questions and the employee remained patience and answered every question I had with no problems. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. We had went in to look for juice and I asked him what he recommended for vape juice, and at first, he was nice enough and recommended a few. Mind you that I was doing the talking, and my boyfriend was not. My boyfriend started to look behind him at the selection behind him, and that's when the guy exploded, calling my boyfriend disrespectful and told him to look at him when *he* was talking to my boyfriend. He never did once speak to him, so I'm unsure of why he decided to come unhinged. I went back another time looking for coils, and when I walked in, the same guy was behind the counter. He did not look up from his Nintendo switch and I waited a good minute for him to acknowledge me, even after I spoke to him. He acted like I was being rude for interrupting his game play. I asked him if he had the coil I was looking for, he asked to see my vape and I obliged. He took a half second look at it and said no, then looked back down at his switch and mumbled if that was it. I left upset. I rarely write reviews, but this is the exception. Unless you're a student on campus and have no other choice, please DO NOT visit this store. You will leave upset like I did and wondering what just happened.

The location is convenient and there was plenty of street parking. When I walked in, I was greeted by someone who I believe to be the owner. I felt very welcome. Sometimes if you go into an older auto parts store (small NAPA stores) you have a bunch of "regulars" staring at you as you try to explain what you need without really knowing what you need. I did NOT feel like that and was thankful for that. There were two pipe smokers and one cigar smoker taking advantage of the lounge area. I inherited my Dad's pipe lighter that I never knew that he had. It turns out the flint had swelled up inside and needed to be "drilled" out and replaced. He did some simple maintenance on it and told me what I needed to do. He was able to recommend a lighter fuel and Zippo flint that would make my lighter work. He was very professional and at no time was I treated like someone who doesn't know what he is doing; which I do not! It was a pleasant experience and I look forward to going back to take advantage of their large selection of pipes, cigars and tobacco.

Multiple cases were discounted or on-sale cases. Happy to try some brands that I hadn't before, I purchased 3 vapes from one of the discounted cases (total about $55) and continued on my way.
