The only shop I found that had the juice I needed was about 15 miles closer but almost double the price. I had called ahead and spoke to Keller, who was so helpful, and he kindly offered to hold the product I was looking for. Hands down the best quality glass I have found near the West Lafayette/Lafayette. That is directly related to the fact this business is not a corporation! Which means they rely on their reputation and the local word of mouth to get the word out. I went in on a Sunday afternoon not really having anything specific in mind to purchase. I was mind blown when I saw the selection and array of different items. The employee working was actually working and not sitting on his ass even though their was very little traffic in at the time. Since I wasn't really looking for anything specific I asked a ridiculous amount of questions and the employee remained patience and answered every question I had with no problems. Mind you that I was doing the talking, and my boyfriend was not. My boyfriend started to look behind him at the selection behind him, and that's when the guy exploded, calling my boyfriend disrespectful and told him to look at him when *he* was talking to my boyfriend. He never did once speak to him, so I'm unsure of why he decided to come unhinged. I went back another time looking for coils, and when I walked in, the same guy was behind the counter. He did not look up from his Nintendo switch and I waited a good minute for him to acknowledge me, even after I spoke to him. He acted like I was being rude for interrupting his game play. I asked him if he had the coil I was looking for, he asked to see my vape and I obliged. He took a half second look at it and said no, then looked back down at his switch and mumbled if that was it. I left upset. I rarely write reviews, but this is the exception. Unless you're a student on campus and have no other choice, please DO NOT visit this store. You will leave upset like I did and wondering what just happened.
