I responded honestly and explained that my experience was horrible, including the burns I experienced, yet I was never contacted or followed up with by the studio. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the fact that I specifically communicated that the wax was too hot, was still burned in multiple places, and then received no follow-up after reporting the experience is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
