Professionalism aside, Jennifer is probably one of the nicest people you can ever meet. She always welcomes me with such a great smile and infectious enthusiasm and energy. It's always so great seeing her. Her room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She does what she can to accommodate, whether it be temperature of the room to the temperature of the waxes she uses. Really nice, quiet, peaceful space... and very comfortable (and heated!) massage table. I went in with back problems and massive stress from some of the hardest weeks of my life. I asked for pink french tips with dip. Instead, she did gel with pink clear coat. She also did not fully remove my old nail color so you could see it under the clear coat. I wish I took a picture so I could show you guys because it was really baaad.. I was trusting the process so I didn't tell her until almost the end. I can't believe she was going to let me walk out like that. I'm not a confrontational person but I had to say something to her. Lina looked annoyed too when I told her like it was my fault lmfao. I was over it and just asked for white tips instead since its easier. She even said "so you want a new color?" Like no girl your work is just bad. Thankfully, she was able to fix it but it took extra long, almost two hours for french tips!! I don't think I'll be ever coming to this place after that experience :(
