The slowest gas pumps I've ever experienced.... No, I'm serious. A 10 gallon fill up took forever

I don't know what's going on over at the Villas Wawa on bayshore road, but they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. The last two times I've been there I've ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla with bacon, pepper jack cheese, and cheddar cheese, and the amount of those parts doesn't even equal a whole tortilla. When I go somewhere I want to be able to take it home, put the extra stuff on it (like sauces and spices) and eat it, not have to take the Frankenstein creation in front of me apart to put it back together correctly, something this Wawa's workers can't seem to do right. And let me tell you about these rude, inconsiderate workers. The attitude on these people remind me of kids in highschool. Snippy, petty, know-it-all's. The last time I got a bad quesadilla, I was snapped at by the person who made it. As for other items I tend to get, the tomato and onion don't even end up on the sandwich. I am disgusted and disappointed by this service and if you want to go to a good Wawa, definitely skip this one, it's not worth your money, not one cent. read more

First of all, some of the employees don't think their nose should be covered with a mask! They just AREN'T THINKING! I guess they assume that COVID-19 is only spread by mouth. Or they JUST DON'T CARE! And on this they are repeat offenders! Plus Almost every time I order something the order is wrong! Today the sandwich was missing the hot peppers, It was listed on the order slip, they just don't care or maybe they work from faulty memories. And The omelette had all of the ingredients ON TOP, ( I Suppose it was an afterthought) instead of being inside. Last time I ordered the omelette they forgot the bacon that I PAID EXTRA FOR! Plus the chilled coffee drink machine is always empty and we have to ask for it to be refilled! What's Up?!? Marijuana hasn't been legalized yet! read more

Great wawa very spacious always kinda crowded and busy always packed parking lot but a great convenient place

Went into WaWa and bought 4 Bags of groceries and dishwater blond placed it into 4 bags. When we were not able to take the basket back, she got pissed off and made comments about having to return the basket. (I have a Cane also, she did not care)7 It seems though this location is filled with self important haughty individuals and no proper Management chain... WaWa not only has increased all there prices, but we have to be concerned about keeping their workers happy so we don't have to experience a verbal Lashing from them. Most the other WaWa's seem to understand when you have many bags, it's hard to return the basket... NOT HER (Went there a few dozen + times since and things have improved greatly on that matter) Have gotten gas a few times and even with 93 octane the car hesitates and stutters. (Multiple Car's) I brought to their attention and to management and still an uncorrected issue. I will wait to they correct it... I reported it to corporate, no response. They say water content is checked many times a day, so it must be bad Gas from their supplier company. You know the slip (tickets) they hand out, never fill them out on line. The amount of questions asked is excessive and the third party Co is using it to collect data on you and WAWA is complicit to hole scheme. They could use the collected data to nail your family's spending Habits and sell them to various bad actors. (Unfortunately now a day we give massive amounts of data down to exact items purchased to each of the discount cards used in Large Grocery Store Chains) Bottom line people are nicer, some products need attention... read more

Oh wow. Oh wow. So, first! Considering my fake toe nail, I'm a little down, and the complimentary ice water just cheered me oh right up! Next, we got the most crisp and cold ice oh you could just oh so imagine! Amazing service. The Cashier complimented my new shorts, and I met a new pal. This is my main Wawa I usually go to. The team members there are usually polite and awesome at the register. The store is clean that I can see and I've never had a issue with anyone here. I do dislike the asking for my ID every time I come and they know my age. Why is this scanning ID so mandatory to do when I purchase tobacco. I know it's not the workers choice but the id now seem a little sketchy. Other than that love getting my coffee from here. read more

I'm shocked at the other reviews that I read. I'm in this WaWa often when I'm in the area. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The place is always clean and well stocked. There's a guy at the gas pump that has to be the friendliest guy on earth. Pretty big, decently stocked wawa with gas. Staff is friendly. Only one soda machine which can hold up a crowd.

the Villas wawa is like the old fashioned town square - it's where everthing happens. i have learned much about humanity at the villas wawa.

The only reason I am giving this an extra star is because it is. wawa (everyone loves wawa) and it provides great products. As for the staff, the two women who waited on my boyfriend were very rude. common manners such as have a nice day or your welcome aren't hard to say. You're not the only one who has to go into work at 6am! Cheer up. The lady behind the hoagie counter provided freezing cold breakfast burritos and the cashier completely ignored him and continued onto the next customer in line when he asked for a bag for the burritos after she did not provide him with one. read more
