10:40PM on a Friday and denied service due to "staff shortage"... poor management, period. Sad excuse for a company after speaking with corporate and them basically saying "there's nothing we can do." Uhhh hire people?? I have been to this Wawa several times and it seems to always be busy anytime of the day or night. Yet you still get in and out quickly. They have about 10 Tesla supercharger stations you can plug into as needed. They have their fresh made sandwich shop inside, and a huge selection of drinks and snacks. Wawa's are at the top of my list of favorite gas stations. They are always clean, well lit, and even their washer fluid to clean your car windows when getting fuel, is blue and cleans your car windows very well. Some cheap places use dirty plain water, not Wawa, they use real glass cleaner, very nice touch! All types of healthy pre-made snacks are also a choice for those in a hurry. read more

I never had an issue at any Wawa. Aside of them being slow getting your order, the cashier has the worst attitude. She hates her job!!!

This is the most disgusting, filthy, unkept Wawa I have ever been into in my life and I'm from PA. Where to begin: everything is covered with dirt, the gas pumps. The trash and. The concrete pads are disgusting. Vomit and urine are a nice touch outside. I guess Wawa overlooks this location because it makes money being across from the casino. The bathrooms aren't just dirty they are run down with rust on the hand dryers and faucet. The faucet sensor was so dirty the faucet won't run, can't wash your hands. Who cares about the water when the hand soap dispenser is open and empty. The floor in the mens room had so much urine, my shoes slipped out constantly when I tried to use the urinal. How can Wawa have a location like this? I guess their brand standard being trashed isn't their concern because the location is busy? The washer fluid in the windshield washer buckets was empty and the window washer was broken. Trash all over In the parking lot. Cigarette Butts on the carpet with leaves in the vestibule. I wish I'd taken photos because it's so gross honesty. We won't be back. And I'll bet they blame it all on lack of staff, LOL Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. read more

The staff member continued to repeat the comment "Black people don't know how to act" "I'd rather serve white people." I would like to say the ladies at the cash register was wonderful and was quick. The line cook or food preparation team not so much. If you trying to get food before you get to work they will cause you to be late as they have no care how long it takes to make the food. They get it done when they get your food done. I try to keep my order simple at this particular Wawa cause they always messing up my order. I am trying to grab breakfast quickly and head to work. This location is conveniently located and easy to get to the only problem is that you have to fight through a wall of homeless people begging for money and cigarettes on your way in the store and out of the store. And God save your soul if you have to pump gas because you will be around the entire time you are at the pump. read more

I wouldn't even rate this wawa 1 Star. As soon as I walked in thru the entrance there was trash scattered on the ground and what looked like food splashed on the doors. I used the bathroom, one of the toilets was clogged and overflowing, the toilet paper was WET. Which is alarming. Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Blood and toilet paper all in the over flowing toilet. I bought a couple energy drinks, there was dirt all over the brim of the drinks. I didn't get food here but I can only imagine what goes on in the food section of THIS wawa. Absolutely horrid and gross. I will never come to this wawa again. Something needs to change. As Wawa's go this was probably the slowest service I've received. Almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich with only 1 customer ahead of us. The sandwich makers had no sense of urgency with 4 people waiting on 1 sandwich apiece. All 3 of my group had mistakes on their order. The guys seemed uninterested in doing their job. read more
