So i got in that line and when it was my turn... he had me wait for everyone again behind me. Only until ALL register-lines were empty did he finish packing my "pickup" order. I COULD HAVE DONE IT ALL MYSELF IN EASILY HALF THE TIME. NO WAITING. NO HASSLE. Why have pickup when it's not a priority to anyone there? They always have the medications I need and even helped us find an in-stock medication they didn't have at another store. I had issues with a medication being $900 a fill and they helped me locate coupons for it and auto-applied them going forward. They always took the time to assist when needed.

I was fresh out of surgery last week and went to pick up my meds and it was like 2 minutes before they go on lunch and I was taking my card out to pay and the lady was like come on like we need to leave for lunch. Went today for more meds and another lady just says "name". I say thanks when I'm leaving and she just ignores me. Just some small examples but extremely rude people, would rather go somewhere else. There is one girl who is nice but it doesn't make up for the rest of them.

In the order form for the drugs it said they promised me the drugs at 11:35AM. I received them at 3PM. The lady on the phone seemed mad that I called and was wondering when the drugs would be ready. They have a sign that the customer should be nice and respectful. The pharmacy personnel should start with themselves. Last time I go there.

Once you answer initial screening questions, you'll have to make an appointment. The trickiest thing for me was to upload our insurance cards since I could not use texting options. Time limit of 20 minutes to register seemed long enough initially, but it became a fight against time since I had to take a photo of cards, crop them and upload them. Epic failure, but as the saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!" goes, so I got my photos ready to upload, and then tried to make appointments again. Actual test was a drive-thru affair. You show up on the appointed time, drive up to the window, provider will go over necessary patient identification questions, double check your registration information, gives you test kits, and supervises your self-administering test process. She instructed us to deposit test tubes in a bin and told us the results will be ready in 1-4 days. You had to establish CVS account online when you received an email. We were so happy our negative results were posted in two days. Airline requires testing done within 72 hours of departure, and obviously 96-hr turn around wouldn't have worked... I think it's an expectation management technique. It all worked out at the end!

Yesterday, my car hydroplaned, lost control, and we landed in a ditch. As the troopers arrived, they said that my tires had 0 traction on them and that it should not have passed the state inspection. I'm convinced that these tires are the reason the accident even happened in the first place. For the love of god, don't get your inspection done here. Go literally anywhere else.
