DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE I got my car inspected…read morehere about a month ago. They said all was good, but that the tires should be replaced soon. For me, soon is about 2-3 months. Yesterday, my car hydroplaned, lost control, and we landed in a ditch. As the troopers arrived, they said that my tires had 0 traction on them and that it should not have passed the state inspection. I'm convinced that these tires are the reason the accident even happened in the first place. For the love of god, don't get your inspection done here. Go literally anywhere else.

I later needed to check something in my transaction history and found that another order AFTER I LEFT had been added to my bill, with 4 more items now totaling $20.48!!! They were clearly not mine as I don't eat meat, and I am absolutely outraged that this was able to happen. What happened next was even worse. I called Wawa corporate headquarters to complain and ask for a manager. The person on the phone was not apologetic at all, would not let me speak with a manager, and told me the only thing I could do would be to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, as that was their policy. I tried to do just that, but as it was a pending charge and had not hit yet, the card company said they couldn't do anything until the charge went from pending to posted. I called the actual store and was told the only thing I could do was to come back to their location for a refund. So I had to drive 15 minutes out of the way each direction to go back there to have the charge removed. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my transaction from their app. Without that, I would've had no proof as to what happened. I used to skip the receipts when I went to Wawa. Never again. @Wawa, the way you handled this was inexcusable, and the fact that you were able to put someone else's charges on another's card is FRAUD and CRIMINAL! There happened to be a police officer in the place when I went back in there, and I tried to report the fraud charge, but he said he was from another area and didn't have jurisdiction there. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!

In my review for another location on Swamp Pike, this was the one I had forgotten about, but I made sure to remember it this trip; I just knew it was off the 422. Just walking in made me feel nostalgia, even though there were a lot of new things to discover (milkshakes, pizza, dinner items, etc.) I didn't want to overwhelm myself since it was so late in the day, so I went with a smaller coffee, something I would not normally do since it was so late, but I was on vacation here. I ordered two ham and cheese hoagies and a hot roast beef with sharp provolone and hot peppers. The ham and cheese hoagies had two slices of ham- it was more like an oil and onion hoagie that was falling apart. The roast beef didn't have the hot peppers on it like I ordered so when I called, he just told me he was very sorry and didn't try to make it right. I ate almost half of the ham and cheese hoagie when I bit into something hard which was a piece of wood. I'm assuming the wood came from a cutting board but I still find this completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time trying Waskos.
