Pretty good Wawa location. Good hoagies, soups and wraps. They are made fresh and the staff who make them seem to take pride in their work and make the hoagies perfectly. The location is in the Parkwood shopping center and you can also get gas there, while you go and grab your hoagies, snacks, iced tea, ice cream etc. read more

While the "Wawa or Sheetz" debate will probably go on on forever, this Wawa is top notch. They just recently remodeled the entire interior, and had a free coffee day for all patrons when they were finished for the inconvenience, like seriously, how nice!! During lunch time you may have to wait a little bit for your favorite hoagie, but they have multiple kiosk's for ordering, as well as multiple gas pumps outside to fill up your gas guzzler. As an added bonus they have a small rack in front of the hot food kiosks filled with local favorite potato chip flavors. My personal Philly favorites are the Chickie's and Pete's Crab Fry Chips and the Dill Pickle ones. Different, but yummy! read more

This Wawa is very new and a clean location. Today and a few other days have been very disappointing because of the amount of ice that is in a 24 ounce cup. A few times a week I will pay the five dollars to get a coffee or a chai tea and the amount of ice they put in the cup doesn't even amount to a 16 ounce beverage. Never had a wonderful experience here at this location. Today was my last visit. Disclaimer: I am angry whilst writing this, because when the meal I'm lookkng forward to ceases to exist, I get very upset (also, I'm hangry). The girl that made my quesadilla incorrectly had one job, literally. I was the only one ordering at the moment (11pm on a Wednesday evening). In my opinion, she took her time. That's all well and good, but it should mean that my food is going to be at least average. It shouldn't be incorrect. And with all the time it took her to make my order, she could have mustered up some good attitude and customer service skills. It's a convenient stop for gas and food. Most of the staff is friendly but some are rude. They were off their game when making hoagies until last night. I guess it depends on the employee. Avoid this wawa like the plague. It's the closest one to me but I try my best to not step foot into the joint bc it is beyond pitiful. It seems they don't keep basic deli items in stock, and when you do order from the touch screen they tend to prepare it like they are the ones about to eat it, no regard for how you indicate you want it to be (ie: if you ask for extra sauce it will be dry as a desert like there's NO sauce on it smh). I usually will drive to the next closest wawa because that's how annoying it is to pay for a hoagie or whatever here and it's not the way you want it to be! Well, tonight I made the stupid decision to go here (it's been a few months so I think I had temporary amnesia in regards to the poor service). I ordered a sourdough melt on the touch screen, proceed to pay at the register and the cashier didn't check and almost charged me double for it (she rang it up twice). I noticed when I went to put my debit card, she first tried to tell me the sourdough melts are $14!!!! I said there's no way this is wawa, then she checked and apologized. Ughhhh ok whatever. I get my food, drive home and find the sandwich wasn't TOASTED! A cold pitiful disgusting sourdough melt that I tried to force down but just couldn't. I threw the sandwich out and wasted $7. Normally I love WaWa, I'm a Philly guy and grew up on it. My review is for this particular location. It flat out sucks! I often come here late at night, between 11pm-12am. The customer service at this location stinks! The people are very rude and not personable. It's everyone! From the lady making sandwiches to the lady at the counter. The store is always dirty and they never have things in stock. Tonight for example they were out of salads, literally had 1 salad left. Out of 15 varieties, this isn't the first time. The gas at this location is always .03-0.5 cents higher per gallon then the new store at Grant and Academy. Weird.. My biggest issue is when you pay cash. All they give you back is singles. I paid my bill with a $20 tonight and I was given back $16.00 in singles. I know it may seem petty to some but it's ridiculous. No $5s or even $10s, again this isn't the first time either. Now I have to walk around with $16.00 in singles, it's just stupid. This location needs to get it together. This store is so busy they could print their own money. Sadly I'll just go out of my way from here on out and go to the next closest store. read more

It's open 24 hours, which most are. The ONLY thing that bothers me about this one is the crowd. Wawa 8035 is the worst wawa there is. As for the food quality, it's awful. For example, this morning I got French toast and it was like a hockey puck. My dog wouldn't even eat it. And this is just from today. I live directly across the street from this store, so it is obviously the most convenient location, but I drive 2 miles away because this store is so bad. Donuts are always stale, or non existent. The staff is not helpful nor friendly. There is never anything stocked from dairy to tampons. I have wasted over $200 in the last 6 months for inedible food from the deli. The trevose store is wonderful, which is why I go there even though it's a 10 minute ride away. Something needs to be done about wawa 8035. And I am not the only one who thinks that. Everytime I am there, i constantly hear other customers complaining also. The coffee dispensers are always empty, the coffee counters are filthy and sticky, the milk refrigerator is usually empty but you can see the milk stacked in crates behind it, the lines are always long while you listen to other employees just lollygagging around the store etc. but it's wawa and it's convenient. read more

The lines are never really long and they are quick with the food. I would recommend cleaning the bathrooms a little more often. 3 ATM's in there. Plus the gas is usualy a couple cents cheaper then the competition. read more

The deli is definitely overpriced in my opinion, for mediocre food. Although the paninis are pretty good. I hear the soups are really good too. Hoagies are decent, so are the bowls, rolls are good. Pretty good selection of drinks and snacks. It is a gas station store without looking like one, and nothing available non-food wise except cigarettes, I believe. But you could always walk out the back to the Rite Aid. Definitely conveniently placed, gas station in front, back door closes around 10, which is definitely safer for everyone. My brother forgot the doors weren't open after 10 and was robbed at gunpoint right around the side of the WaWa around 12. That's not the first time a robbery has happened there, so I'd be very careful and only go in and out with groups late at night. read more

Great idea to build a super wawa here. For years just a 7-11 was there and their stuff is strange at best. Wawa has great coffee, great prices on cigarettes, and custom built sandwiches in short order. Loads of options of drinks & a bathroom !! It is clean, large & well maintained & you can not ask for more. The only issue is some items are expensive so look closely before grabbing something off the racks and coolers. read more
