a sandwich with lettuce and meat

I love wawa, usually they are my go to when I'm back visiting my home state of NJ. The trip to this store was less than desirable. I did an order through their app which is pretty convenient. Was so excited to finally have my turkey and cheese sub and see below, this is what I got. Messy sandwich slopped together. Stop being lazy! That's your job.

    What I ordered

Usually fine, but today I'm ticked off. I ordered the Cold Wawa Gobbler. It's supposed to be cold deli sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. What I got was hot stuffing and possibly dog food but probably turkey bits covered in gross hot gravy. And of course I didn't open it until I was back at work. You owe me a lunch, Wawa 915.

Every time I come in to this wawa there is an issue. Ordered a sandwich and it literally had close to nothing in it.

This is my local McDonald's, and honestly, as far as McDonald's go, this one is pretty solid…read more Yes--it's a McDonald's, so you're getting the same familiar menu everyone knows and expects. No surprises there. That said, this location is noticeably nicer than the average one. The building itself is well maintained, clean, and just feels more put-together than many others. During the Christmas season, they really go all out with decorations and lights, which is a surprisingly nice touch and gives the place a bit of personality you don't usually associate with fast food. The exterior is always kept looking sharp, and whoever handles the landscaping deserves some credit--it's consistently neat and well cared for, which definitely adds to the overall impression before you even walk inside. Inside, things continue to be pretty pleasant. The dining area is clean, orderly, and comfortable enough for a quick sit-down meal. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, and interactions are usually smooth and hassle-free. The drive-thru setup is nice in theory, with two lanes, but somehow it still manages to back up more often than you'd expect. Ordering is fine if you're grabbing one or two items, but once an order gets more complicated--say, three meals or more--things can slow down noticeably. And definitely check your bag before you leave, as missing items seem to happen more often than not. One consistent issue worth mentioning: the sauce situation. If you order nuggets, be prepared to ration. Getting four sauces with a 40-piece nugget order feels a bit stingy, and it happens regularly. It's a small thing, but it's noticeable--especially when you're clearly feeding more than one person. As for the food, it's exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. I've never had a bad meal here, but I've also never had a "wow" moment either. It's consistent, predictable, and does the job when you're craving it. All in all, this is a decent, reliable McDonald's. Clean, well maintained, nicely decorated during the holidays, and generally well run--with the only real downsides being the occasional missing items and the very conservative sauce policy. If you're going to McDonald's anyway, this is a perfectly fine one to choose.

As we drove down the street the day before we actually smelled what we thought was fried onions and when we mentioned it to our family they were like "That's Donkey's." No kidding :) So today when the mandatory cheesesteak meal was talked about we chose Donkey's. OMG. Outstanding sandwiches. Absolutely full with meat and fried onions on this fantastic roll. I'm a fairly big boy and this one sandwich made me desire a major afternoon nap. The sandwich nearly killed my wife )): We are soooo happy we smelled this place the day before. We also chose to order a large cup of fries and they were also good. As for service: we ordered online and picked up our meal. That was seamless and quick. After a quick ride, I walked right in and was right back out the door with our meals. Absolutely perfect. So if you live here you already know - but if you're visiting and looking for a great meal, get yourself to Donkey's.

We were asked with or without onions and I said the onions are a must. We also ordered a panzarotti and an order of fries. The fries were hot and golden brown! The cheesesteak was good and I know my friend enjoyed it as well! The panzarotti was over fried. It had a weird after taste. But I will still will give 4 stars for the steak and fries. There are a few tables and chairs for people to wait and eat even eat their food while is hot!

I have to admit I haven't been much of a fan of Chegg in the very limited amount of visits I've had…read moreover the years. Recently some family members went for happy hour to watch a Phillies game, and they had a great time. We decided to give it another shot for happy hour. We really enjoyed ourselves and thought the value for what we ordered was outstanding. We arrived just after 5pm (happy hour weekly from 3-6) and were greeted by one of 3 bartenders who helped us throughout our visit (all 3 bartenders were great). I asked about their current down east cider on tap and she poured us a taster without having to request it. I ended up going with a happy hour dirty Kettle martini which ended up being super smooth. My wife had a Surfside, also on happy hour. The happy hour food consists of 1/2 price appetizers, fries, 10 piece boneless/bone-in wings and fingers. Drink wise it's $3 off all draft beer & house wine, $5 seltzers & teas, $7 margaritas, and $10 kettle & espresso martinis. I love a good deal and this is it! Chegg also has a fun Phillies special where each game there is a player of the game. If that player records a hit there are drink specials the remainder of the game! We ordered a bunch of food also on happy hour; Garlic Parm Boneless Wings, Fried Pickle Spears, Cheesy Bay Fries, and Bone-In Zapper Wings. I typically prefer smaller wings. These wings were on the bigger side and were meaty and juicy, but they were also crispy, cooked well throughout and not fatty. The wing sauce was really good! Very hot but not overbearing which is just what I was hoping for. The fried pickle spears were also a hit, and seemed to be breaded in house which is a huge plus if they were. The boneless wings were very good, however, we've had better Garlic Parm sauces elsewhere. Still nothing to complain about. After finishing my Dirty Martini I ordered a Jalapeño Margarita which was delicious. The bartender muddled jalapeño in the shaker prior to making the drink. It was limey and refreshing with a subtle jalapeño kick. Well worth the price tag and something I'd definitely order again. I finished up with one of my favorite all time beers, Tonewood Fuego (this drink not on happy hour). I mention this as all of this food and drink came out to ~$65. Again, value-wise I was impressed. I think Chegg has the potential to be great place to watch games. Their bar is very large with plenty of TVs throughout. They also have a great patio bar for beautiful days/nights. I'm sure during big Philadelphia sporting events the atmosphere is pretty great inside and out. I can definitely see myself coming back again for happy hour as the food and drink specials are great in my opinion. This was my first time at a Chegg happy hour. I still feel the prices are a bit high outside of happy hour. If you want decent bar food at a good price Chegg happy hour could be a place for you.

The salad was ok and I wish there were more greens it - seemed like such a small serving for how much chicken came with it. Breakfast Potatoes were crunchy so pretty happy about that. Would give this place another try and maybe order one of the breakfast options instead.
