I ordered the Prime Steakburger, which was a double smashburger with shaved ribeye on top. I also got the fried cheese curds as well as the cheese fries. The burger was OK. The patties were smashed super thin and flat, and the shaved steak kinda slid off. It was pretty messy. The fried cheese curds weren't very stretchy, i wouldn't get them again. The seasoned fries weren't too bad either. 30 burgers..29 more to try lol. Doubt I get to taste them all. I eat burgers like once every 3-4 months. But this hidden gem is definitely worth the try. I think I would eat here again, but I don't think I'd go out of my way for chicken wings from here.

This is my third time going to this restaurant, and unfortunately the experience has been…read moredisappointing each time. The first two times, the lady with the face tattoos had an attitude, was rude, unprofessional, and made customers feel unwanted. The third time was today. We arrived around 10:05, and another employee immediately said, "What you see out is what we have. We're not restocking or replenishing anything. Do you want to eat it or not?" Her tone was rude and unprofessional. Employees should not speak to customers that way, especially when it comes to replenishing toppings and sauces during business hours. Also, it was unprofessional to see her making three plates of food for herself to take home. She told another employee she's meal prepping for the weekend.,before helping customers place their orders. Overall, the customer service was poor and made us feel unwelcome.

It had been yrs, probably since Covid, when I last ate anything from Qdoba. On this occasion I ordered a salad bowl with chicken and an array of toppings. The chicken was dry and cold. The lettuce was browning and wilted. I also purchased a side of chips and queso...The chips were inedible due to being heavily salted and the queso was literally bottom of the barrel as the server scraped the container to provide me with the last scoops...Mind you...This was at 12 noon on a Monday...The ingredients should be fresh and nothing should even give the appearance of having sat out or being old as food should be ready for the lunch time rush and be getting turned over quickly. The restaurant was dead. Just me and another patron inside...I shared my experience with one of my co workers and she said that she had went recently and there was a sign that the store was "closed for maintenance"...really was disappointed with my meal. I wont be back. Only thing I can say is that the young lady that put my food together was pleasant and although you can tell she was new she was trying her best...Mgmt needs to reign in food quality/freshness issues...Store is too new to have these kinds of problems already...Moes or Chipotle...Although if you read my reviews for Chipotle...we both can agree that Chipotle is not what it was either haha...so Moes it is...
