The 3 ladies behind the sandwich station were incredibly thoughtful and helpful - they constantly made sure I was being helped and reassured me that my special order was being worked on and would be done soon. The place is clean and well stocked. The only thing is that I didn't see a bathroom (happy to correct my review if I somehow missed it, but I did look), however, the excellent customer service more than makes up for that. Better quality could come from a fast-food joint in that case, and with new faces appearing here every few weeks, it's a wonder how anything at all can be kept stable or moving. Many people, close friends and family alike, talk about how great this spot was... and now, how badly it's turned over the past few months.
