The drug was discontinued and again that information was not provided to the primary. No other drug was suggested. If you have other options try those before using this company.

I would give zero stars if i could figure out how to do it…read more I saw Dr Kohlenberg for several years until moving out of stat 10 months ago. I am now moving back to the area after a psychiatric crisis and 9 day stay in a psychiatric hospital. Dr Kohlenberg assured me when i saw him last that he would welcome me back if i returned to the area. I called today and was told by his office manager Gail (more on her later) that the doctor would not see me because he is not taking new patients, and. even though i was gone less than one year, I am condidered new. I asked Gail to have the doctor call me and. She herself called back a few minutes later and left me a message saying the doctor was sorry, but he was not accepting new patients. Lol I suspect the doctor never even got my mesdage. Gail is the gatekeeper, a job that has obviously gone to her head. She is probably the least compassionate woman I've ever encountered in a mental health practice. She ignores patients standing right in front of her, and speaks with derision when she does deign to notice at all. The Doctor is knowledgeable, but clearly complicit in the disfunctional, cold-hearted front end. My son sees a wonderful ACNP in the office, David Rohde. He has been a wonderful fit for my anxious teen. If it werent for that fact, this yelp review might be more strongly worded.

I'm writing this review as the loved one of a current residential patient. Since he has only been…read morethere for a week, I will most likely update or write another review once he completes his treatment. That said, while no place is perfect, our experience so far has been wonderful. We originally sent my brother to a treatment center in southwest Florida. We thought getting him out of the Midwest and into some sunshine might be an added bonus. Unfortunately, the program was extremely unprofessional, and I would even go as far as to say unethical. My brother lasted only 20 hours there before coming home. After that experience, I was worried he wouldn't be willing to try another treatment program. With a lot of encouragement from our family, we convinced him to go to Rogers. From the moment we arrived, everyone was professional, compassionate, and welcoming. My brother calls me every day with hope in his voice, telling me how amazing the staff has been. He often talks about how much time they are investing in helping him heal and get better. He signed an ROI so I could be involved in his treatment, and I've had to reach out to his team a few times. I can't even begin to describe how different this experience has been compared to the place we tried before. Hope is such a powerful gift for someone who has been feeling so down and out. Rogers has given that to my brother, and our entire family is incredibly grateful. I know we still have a long road ahead, but this first week has already been such a positive experience. When my brother calls me now, I truly feel like I'm talking to a different person.

Sending our 12-year-old daughter across the country for residential treatment was the hardest…read moredecision we've ever made. She was admitted in June 2025 with severe OCD symptoms. She was discharged in October with a CY-BOCS score of 2. The numbers speak for themselves: this program works. The Clinical Excellence: The daytime treatment team is exceptional. Mariah Patterson (Therapist) and Dr. Tieu (Medical Director) were communicative, compassionate, and transparent about the treatment plan. Renee Lauterbach, the educational therapist, was an absolute hero. She coordinated with our school district in California to ensure my daughter stayed enrolled and didn't fall behind, advocating for us when the district tried to push back. The "Ups and Downs": Parents should know that the experience varies depending on the time of day. While the weekday clinical team is fantastic, we found communication on evenings and weekends to be inconsistent. We encountered peer conflicts, including threats from other children, that required us to advocate hard for her safety. We also found the illness isolation protocols to be frustratingly rigid compared to current standards. You have to be an active advocate for your child throughout the program. The Facilities: The campus is beautiful, and the Ladish Center (Ronald McDonald Family Room) was a sanctuary for us during visits, offering a welcoming place to play games and reconnect. The Verdict: This is not a summer camp; it is intense, life-saving work. My daughter went from being unable to touch her own bed to being happy, back in school, having sleepovers with friends, and living her life again. OCD is traumatic; this situation was as well, but Rogers gave her a second chance. We are forever grateful to the team at Rogers for giving her a future.
