Waves used to be my favorite car wash. They had a nice lobby to wait inside on those scorching hot days. A cashier that wore funny head decorations and was nice. You could get change to leave the employees a tip. I was there a couple of times after they renovated and most recently this week. There is no lobby to wait inside . You have to stand under a tree for any shade from the blazing sun. There are maybe 6-8 chairs scattered around in pairs in the sun. If you don't have change, there is no where to obtain it so you can leave the workers a tip. Such a shame! I don't think I will return even though I still have money on an account there. The snazzy drive through with flashing lights might be cool to some, but a little comfort for clients would keep them happy! read more

I have been here 3 separate times and I don't feel like I have ever felt satisfied. I could go to kiwi or another one but I would like to have my interior done by "professionals". Which is why I opted to pay the additional $15 for the "full service". Imagine my disappointment when I got back in my truck and drove away. As I headed home I noticed that almost nothing inside was wiped down and it appeared all they did was vacuum the floors and seats. (Which I could have done myself because they offer free vacuums). Additionally the only decent customer service experience was the gentleman who rung me up. Everyone else looked like they hated me. I'm not expecting a show or even a smile. But please don't make me feel bad for making you do the job you're being paid for. When my truck was done the worker who came and got me from the lobby couldn't even be bothered to speak. He just stood there til I noticed him. I asked "the Tacoma?" He simply nodded and then walked away. When I came out they still seemed to be working on it. Which may be why it didn't get done? Maybe I interrupted? If that's the case then why did the guy come and get me? Regardless it is disappointing. Please take a look at the pictures. read more

We took a long trip and I wanted to have it cleaned between details so looked up Waves and was really disappointed with what I read. Auto tunnel leaves brush marks. Used Waves for the past several years via the Entertainment Book which 50% coupons are no longer available. I used the Basic plan twice in the past two weeks. Great value. I usually vacuum the inside as well as wash the inside windows myself. I purchased the unlimited Rain X package yesterday - I will use the free vacuum (when needed) that is available and continue to handle the inside window cleaning myself (takes about 3 minutes). The 1st wash promo included the full-service interior upgrade at no additional charge. I was very impressed with the pleasant young lady who explained the features of the unlimited package I was purchasing (give her a raise)! Nice people. My advise, buy the exterior wash only $15 and do the interior yourself. Interior: washed the windshield with a dirty rag, floor still full of sand, chips etc not picked up, infotainment system stickey and full of fingerprints, back of drivers seat could have been cleaned up with Armorall but coulden't be bothered. Semi automated now so you go through a tunnel wash that is NOT touchless and then pay additional if you want them to dry it and vacuum. So basically just go to a drive thru wash for $10 and save paying $30+ for this. Used to be better. This system is awkward. read more

OMG, haven't been to Wave's car wash in 2 yrs due to problems then. Since they are in my entertainment book, I thought I'd give them another chance. Car looked good after wash, BUT had 2 black roller marks toward the rear of the left side back door ( about 4 in long. Brian -head detailer came out and and cleaned them off with some solvent. When I got home and was looking over the car, I noticed that the exact area of the marks had a small indented crease in the door right where the lower black mark was. Although not real bad, you could clearly see it in the sun. Brian came back out to see it and acknowledged the crease ,but insisted that it could not be something from their equipment. This is NOT a touch less car wash, but he kept saying it most have been on there before === I wash the car myself == this was NOT there before. BEWARE !!! read more

We have been going to Waves for years during the winter months. The prices have increased dramatically and the service has gone down exponentially. After the drive-through part of the car wash our windshield was just as dirty as when we went in. After the interior was cleaned it was better but definitely not as good as it should have been - for the price. Very disappointed and not sure we will be back. read more

I have always been pleased with the car wash service at Waves Auto Spa. I decided to detail my 2013 Captiva as the paint and interior were looking rather "tired". The finished result was rather amazing. I couldn't believe my eyes. Detail team applied this new hydro-seal product that makes your paint like NEW. Yes, like showroom new. My van was really dirty, I couldn't stand it anymore so I popped into waves for a quick clean. I could blame all of the mess on the kids & dogs but my husband really was the culprit. It did take longer than normal because my van was sooo dirty it needed to go for a second exterior wash, they asked if I had time to wait & I didn't mind at all. It's the simple things in life that make your day...having a clean van inside & out gave me an extra boost to deal with the rest of the week. It was my first time here and didn't know what to expect. No one really explained the services or directed me. My windows were clean but I guess that's my only good review. They moved the seats but didn't clean under them. The mats were better then when I went in but it doesn't look like they lifted the mats to clean under them. A little disappointed. Paid around $68 for a mini detail on our truck and the interior was poorly done. Splatter marks all over the interior, some areas of the doors and center console not even touched. Area behind the steering wheel is still dusty. They took off the antenna and didn't bother putting back on. Outside had finger print smudges all over the door trim. Water marks located in the back. I took my car for interior detail. Which came out great. I didn't notice the giant scrape on the underside of my rear bumper til the next day. I called and met with the manager who not surprisingly said they didn't do it. I was going to let it go until a few days later while going about 5mph down IR blvd did my rear bumper fly off and almost hit the car behind me! I called them back and demanded the video footage. The manager said they don't have cameras and when I stated that my brother used to work there and I know there are...he said they are not working... how convenient! So I am now screwed put of 800 bucks to replace my bumper which was totalled. I also paid them to do that to my car! 1k later! Thanks for nothing Waves! read more

I went to Waves because my usual car wash was so full you couldn't get in. The greeter asked what wash I wanted so I told her the works, inside and out. she talked me into the next level up saying it would prevent the hard water spots on my truck. when I picked up my truck there were clearly some areas that needed attention. so I notified the worker and he started to work on them, the steps and the wheels were most noticeable but other spots of minor concern. He told me to pull up as to not slow the other cars down so I did. now my wheels did not look bad when I started but they had a layer of grease on them when they came out, my finger was black, he did tape a rag and cleaned them. Now the real problem is when the worker was done and was finishing up an older man came over, Manager? He was very rude saying what's the problem so I started to tell him and he immediately said you paid for a car wash not a detailing, come back when you want to get it detailed! He was so rude I didn't want to fight with him so I kept my cool and left. I'm sorry but when I pay $25 for a car wash I expect it to be clean! Never going back! I now see why my regular car wash was so busy and Waves was not! They are only a few miles apart. read more

I went to Waves looking to get my car cleaned. My car was not too dirty, just a few bugs and a little dirt in the wheel wells. When the car was "finished" there was still dirt in the wheels and bugs on the front. After going around the car and showing the guy all the spots that were clearly missed, he started to get agitated at me. I was not about to get in a fight with the guy, but the bottom line was my car was still the same moderate level dirty as when I came. I left asking myself what they did that the 5 dollar car wash at the gas station does not. The car was was so un unacceptable I had to rewash the car myself when I got home. read more

I'm from out of state, my truck was trashed from the 1,000 miles drive to Vero Beach. I was so happy to watch the truck go through the wash, great to see the water and large amounts of soap run over it. I went inside and paid for the wash service, which was very reasonable ($40.00) for the service I received. I must say I am a very particular person, I was very pleased when I got inside, it was spotless! Carpets, windows and dash were all very clean and not a speck of sand in sight. I witnessed the crew taking their time wiping down the wheels and paint, I even added on the ceramic coating to my wheels after I saw how the crew meticulously cleaned things. I will certainly use this business again, when I bring my bike down it will be getting the ceramic coat they provide. Great work I'm a happy customer read more

This was my first time using this car wash. When "finished", my white car had black dirt along the bottom side of one side of the car. I had to ask to get it wiped off. I purchased the "tropical wax" wash ($27.95) which includes pina colada air freshener. This was not applied. When I asked if it had been applied, the response was that I have to ask for it. Finally, I noticed the back floor had not been vacuumed at all (see picture). I'm not returning to this establishment. read more

Unbelievable. My mom and I have been going for years, we drive all the way from Port Saint Lucie, we went for what we always get: Everything but shampoo and wax. We pay ($35 like normal) and go shop around for the hour it takes. We get back, and they shampooed anyway and suddenly it went from $35 to almost $70. We were offered no reason why except "oh that's what's on your receipt" they charged us for an ultimate (which includes a wash) and ANOTHER WASH. they did nothing but get aggressive when we mentioned it to them and they told us to just go. We get in the car and there are things MISSING. not big things but pins we had in the holders, and the car wasn't even that clean. I don't know what happened waves but this is awful and we will not be back. Will not ever recommend to anyone ever again. Would give 0/10 if I could. read more

I paid for the gift card the past three times and got the most expensive wash all they did was put my car on the rollers and dry it it still had bugs on it when I left and to top it off my sons iPhone was stolen out of my center of my front seat. They always do a decent job cleaning my car, but they talked me into getting the "Bug Buster" treatment for $90 bucks. It's to help reduce the effects of love bugs on the front of your vehicle. DON'T BOTHER! After treatment, the bugs don't come off any easier.
