It was almost as if they were going to be closed permanently or something. I found out later that the air-conditioning had gone out in the pharmacy portion of the building. All they had to do was tell me that and I would have understood but they refused to tell me. Made no sense to me. Anyway, I quickly moved all of my prescriptions to the local small business drugstore (Hometown Drug). They've been really great to work with. They actually answer their phone and you can speak with someone pretty quickly. I think I'll stick with these guys.

He waited about five minutes before the photo area employee even acknowledged him. When she finally did, he explained he wanted to print pictures from his phone, and her response was, "You're a big boy, you can figure it out." Is this what passes for customer service now? I'm completely disgusted. He didn't get her name, but it should be easy to find out since it was early in the morning. I'll be spreading the word about this blatant disregard for helping someone. It makes me question why she's even working there if she lacks the basic customer service skills needed to interact with people daily. I hope she's reprimanded, as I doubt this was the first time she's refused to assist a customer. Gloucester has lost my business for good, and I'll make sure others know about their lack of customer service.

Such was the case when we were in Williamsburg and needed some supplies. They not only carry medicines, health & beauty products, but they have aisles of food, snacks, candies, holiday items, greeting cards, book and magazines, office supplies, and even some clothing items like scarves, gloves, socks, etc. The travel section gets the gold star for being the most convenient with many different small travel products to chose from! We were in and out in a jiffy, and our CVS card helps us save even more with coupons!!
