Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices. I called him to fix a clothes washer that wasn't draining. He asked me what it sounded like and what was wrong. He asked for video and audio files. He respected me. By asking for this information in advance, he could tell me what the likely problems were, how much the costs would be, and gave me a choice based on what was most practical. He arrived at my home prepared to make the repair on the first call. (I am presently dealing with boiler repair companies, who all want to come to the house to make a diagnosis, and then return on another day to make the repair, costing time and money, and inconvenience). Brannan found an underwire from a bra that had worked its way out of the cloth, through a hole in the washer drum, down a hose, and into a pump. He removed it and the pump worked properly. Years later, the pump still works. My appliances have all lasted far longer than he or the manufacturer estimated, and I credit Steve for extending their lifetimes. Steve is the standard by which I judge all the service and repair professionals I hire.

He played with the knobs on the dryer a bit and proclaimed it was the main board and he would have to get it from their Toronto and he could install it on Tuesday. He took a deposit and left. Tuesday he called advising it was delayed and he would call when came in. By Friday I was watching the pile of laundry grow, I watched a few You Tube videos and then looked a the main board to see how hard it would be to change. I found one of the connections wasn't seated properly, I plugged it in, turned it on dryer and it works perfectly. I sent an email to cancel the new part but as of a week later I have still heard nothing from them and the dryer is still working perfectly. You are probably better using You Tube. This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. Booked an appointment with Northern Electronic And Appliance Services for my Samsung tv. I told him I'd cancelled it, but he persuaded me to keep the appointment because it might just be a problem with the LED panel. He arrived. Nice person, professional. Took apart the tv quickly and skillfully and informed me it was, in fact, the LED panel. He then looked up availability of parts and said he couldn't get a replacement and they don't recommend used ones! Makes absolutely no sense, right? So I had to cough up $130 for him to show up and tell me that it was indeed the problem he thought it was but there was nothing he could do. As he left he said "at least now you do".
