We were referred here for my son, who needed some back therapy that was not a medical necessity but more of a quality of life thing. From the beginning, I stated that I did not have a lot of money to pay for services, and would mostly be counting on my insurance. I was assured that insurance would cover most of the charges and not to worry. Trusting them, I went ahead with several appointments for my son. A month and a half later, treatment is completed and I am receiving a bill for $2000 that I can not afford. Any attempts to call someone to talk about this resulted in me getting shuffled around and promised "we will look into this and call you back" but never getting called back. When it was all said and done, nobody ever talked to me about my billing concerns, I owe a large debt that I am struggling with, and the only person I could talk to about this took over a month to call me back and even then only worked out a payment plan with me, she had no power or willingness to talk about my complaints at all. While I feel like a fool for trusting this place and not contacting my insurance company on my own about pricing, I still blame them for misleading me, and I never would have gone along with the treatment plan or number of appointments if I had known how much it would end up costing. If money is not s concern, I think this place is fine, and I did give them an extra star for quality of service. But I can't go any higher than two stars after having my trust broken and feeling completely duped on the pricing Update: We made an agreement that I would pay 100/month via automatic payments until it was paid off. After doing this for over a year and not missing any payments, I was called today and told that they changed their policy and I need to pay the remaining bill(about 700) in full by the end of the month or it would go to a collection agency.
