They USED to do a good job. However, they did a mediocre job cleaning my gutters today…read more They used to bring a crew to clean, blow and put away debris in plastic bags. This time, only one person came to clean and blow the gutters. However, he left a lot of pine needle debris around the house, on the lawn, on bushes, etc. Furthermore, I can still see few pine needles hanging from the gutters. Also, scheduling the job was not easy. Their voice mail is full, so you cannot leave a message. After playing phone-tag, Natalie told me I will have to wait one month before they will be able to come and clean my gutters. Today, a single worker showed up unexpectedly; about three weeks after original call. I have used them for over 20 years, but their service has gone down hill as they have grown their business.

Repeated calls and texts, as well as pictures of the damage to my garden have gone unanswered. I will never use this company again.

Came to pressure wash my house and do my windows. When Jessie came to give me an estimate on…read morewindows, he recommended pressure washing due to multiple wasp nests, mildew etc. The front porch was especially bad as there had been multiple wasp nests there and although the wasps had been exterminated, the remains of the nests were there. Well after pressure washing the nests are still there. I commented on this to Steve who said well I can't spray there as it is too close to the ceiling. This issue was never mentioned before hand. I will say the windows do look good and most of the grime from the tracks is gone but I am very disappointed in the pressure washing. Just a PS, Jessie did come out and look at it but basically said the same thing that it was too close to the ceiling and if he scraped them off the paint would come with them. But at least they did respond.
