His crew worked hard to transform my mess into a respectable looking home again. They even took care of the sidewalks! They were punctual, even arrived a little early. We were so fortunate to have Bob's. They had done our home with the previous owner and so we continued the tradition. Bob came and cleaned our exterior, including getting our garage door cleaned up! The handle had rust and it looked like new. In the back patio he moved our furniture away from the walls, we had to leave in a rush and didn't get home until he was almost finished; not what we would normally do, but Bob was great to work with. If you need pressure washing, Bob's the one to call!

We hired American Knight Roof and Exterior Cleaning for a soft cleaning on our tile roof. The website says they cover and protect your landscape and they had decent reviews so we hired him. Every one of our plants were in beautiful condition, green, healthy and blooming including two beautiful hibiscus trees with flowers and many buds. The only plants this company covered consisted of a small strip of a few plants. No protection on anything else. The damage to some of our plants was shocking, especially two once beautiful green and lush hibiscus trees and numerous other healthy flowering plants. Our hibiscus trees are now half bare from yellow leaves that have since fallen off including hundreds of flower buds. Nice healthy and green pentas loaded with blooms destroyed. Fortunately our cameras picked up everything and I took pictures of the aftermath so there's no denying the damage. My husband and I have hours of work cleaning, trimming, replanting along with the price of replacing. We sent the company 2 texts and did not hear one word back. We were completely ignored and no courtesy or decency was shown to us to in the form of a call or a return visit to address the issue. We paid by check and they quickly cashed it the next day, so this is a lesson learned to always use a credit card so you have leverage. We just wanted you all to be aware and alerted to this business and what happened to us. Hire at your own risk and don't always trust the reviews or the websites. First two pictures were before the roof cleaning and the second two were after. Progressively became worse after a couple of days.

I was limited in time to find a reputable business that was reasonably priced. So, I put it out there on Yelp. (Love that site!) Not only did Bobbie answer right away, his estimate was fair, and he could come the next day! I had a handyman before and a large firm give me a price, but I just had a good feeling with this company. I offered him the job and cancelled everyone else before their estimates. It was a chance. But, my gut was right. Bobbie and Gary did the job as promised. They were professional, courteous and even sealed spots that needed some extra care. Then to make sure, they blew out any remnants. On top of everything, they cleaned up after themselves and finished In just over an hour. It couldn't be better!

Phil White's bid was the most inclusive and after reading many reviews and speaking to several companies, I selected this company. Let me save you the trouble of doing all that research - Phil White Painting is highly experienced. They are perfectionists, excellent communicators, organize the job very well, and go the extra mile to please the customer. They know their paint and made recommendations about product level and brand that in their experience, works best in the central Florida climate. Attention to detail is everything in painting. For example, they did a superb job navigating the line between the stucco soffits (dark brown) and the body color (creamy white) - the stucco texture on both surface required extra focus and precision, and the line is perfect all the way around the house. They also did, at no extra charge, some selected stucco patching to hide a previous repair line and minor flaws, and used two, and in some spots, three coats of paint to ensure a seamless, flawless finish. Throughout the job, they communicated frequently, confirmed our wishes, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful. We did a complete walkthrough upon completion, and we were extremely happy with the finished result! Let me not forget to mention that the price was fair and reasonable. So just call them, and leave your worry at the door. I will be reaching out to Phil white Painting again in the future for interior painting and paver cleaning and sealing. Their company motto should be "An educated consumer is our best customer."
