After she was buried I received a phone call and all the lady said was "It's done" and hung up the phone. It was very cold and like a slap in the face. I checked with several other funeral homes and found out we were overcharged by $2000 to $3000 and we could have seen our loved one in the casket which is called identifying your loved one and been at the cemetery with NO extra charge. This experience has added to our grief tremendously and provided no comfort. I have contacted them about these issues and they have been unwilling to resolve this and make any adjustments. We thought we had to use them because plot was in their town and had not buried anyone before. If we had known we had other choices then we would have chosen someone different. Steer clear of this funeral home. You can choose anyone you want and there are alot more compassionate places with fair pricing.

He told me he's a fellow veteran and assured me he would have the headstone installed in 6-8 weeks. That was February 2025. I had to constantly chase this man and threaten to sue him before he installed the headstone in July 2025 without the picture. It's now October and he told me in July the picture would be installed a week later. I called him in August and he said I'll have it done by the following Monday. Now it's my picture guy is behind. It's a picture. My sister went to his shop and he lied and told her he spoke to me this morning and we were good. He never spoke to me bc he's constantly sending me to VM. He's a crook. A scammer. A liar. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!! He needs to be shutdown. He has more excuse than you can count. I also just found out he was arrested in several counties for Theft By Deception in 2024.
