We replaced the filter it seemed to work but it cut off as soon as it tried to cut a taller bunch of grass. the blade was too dull. The very next week we tried to use it again and it wouldn't start it would only sputter. I was well within my warranty period and for it to only work once was a problem. it was smoking and my car mechanic happened to be around when we were trying to mow the lawn and said it was a definitely the carburetor. The very thing he was supposed to have repaired. It too 4 calls to get them to respond. when the lady who takes The calls did she scheduled for that evening. Tommy the repair guy didn't show. so she text back saying it was a miscommunication and rescheduled foe 4pm the following day. Once again he didn't show. now they won't answer my calls or respond to text. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. He is a SCAMMER AND DOESNT HONOR HIS WARRANTY AND DOES SHOTTY REPAIRS.

**DON'T BRING YOUR MOWER TO THIS PLACE** Brought my dad's…read moreriding mower here to get repaired. I was not familiar with his particular mower just took his word that it would not move forward or backward. I brought it here because it was closer to his house. I described the problem and the guy (I don't remember his name but he was an older gentleman and he told me he was a Marine veteran) told me not to worry and they'll fix it in no time. A week went by and I didn't hear back from the shop so I called. The same guy proceeded to tell me that the differential needed to be replaced. He said a new one cost about $1200 but he was looking for a used one that would cost around $400-500 dollars plus the labor charge. I told him the mower was not worth that much and would just pick it up. He charged me $65 for looking at it. I took it to Master Power Source in Covington on the same day. I explained the problem and they took at look at it while it was still on the trailer. They immediately found the problem - the switch to the transmission was disengaged. I felt pretty dumb but not as dumb as I would have from getting ripped off this shop. **THIS SHOP SCAMS GOOD PEOPLE**

I dropped off the lawnmower on Saturday morning for new pull cord and adjustment oif the choke…read more They said they'd call me on Wednesday when it was to be ready; after hearing nothing I called them on Thursday and they told me they had done nothing (by the sounds of it, they weren't going to do anything soon). I almost pleaded to have it completed by the end of the day Friday. It took some cajoling on Friday afternoon but they did have it done by the 5:00 (they close at 5:30). They put on a new blade, which I had not requested but it cost me $11 which is about half of what Home Depot would charge (not sure what's the catch). In total, I paid around $34 with blade and 3% for using a credit card which is only $9 higher than what I paid to the other lawnmower place in East Griffin for a new pull cord 3 months before.
